High Five
Buzz Off!
Growing up, High Five was one of the most skilled sky racers of all the dragonflies. But as the fifth son of the Royal High Flying Dragonflies, he was not allowed to enter any of the racing tournaments that took place each year because of his age. Instead he was forced to watch from the sidelines as his four older brothers competed for the coveted Trophy of Sparx, which legend has said holds magical properties. One year, during the biggest racing event of the season, High Five learned that the Troll Racing Team had stolen the valuable trophy and were going to use the race to cover their escape. He quickly took action, jumping into the race and using his amazing flying skills to weave and dodge his way to the front of the pack, where he caught up to the trolls and brought them down. For his actions, High Five was given the Trophy of Sparx. Even more importantly, he was made a Skylander, where he now helps protect Skylands from any evildoers!




Bat Spin
No Rest For The Wicked! (one of Cynder's battle cries)
Bat Spin hailed from the underworld, where as a child she was separated from her people. After spending months searching for them, she eventually was welcomed by a colony of magical bats who raised her as one of their own. After many peaceful years living with the bats, the colony was invaded by an army of undead trolls, who were set on stealing their magic to build an ultimate sonar weapon. Bat Spin quickly took action and used powerful abilities that she had learned growing up with the bats and essentially becoming one of them. She heroically defeated the trolls and saved the colony. This caught the attention of Master Eon, who saw at once she would make a worthy Skylander!



Flip Wreck
Making Waves!
Most of the dolphins of Bottlenose Bay spent their days playing in the waves. However, Flip Wreck was different. Always the adventurous one, he took it upon himself to be a self-appointed protector of his undersea world. One day, while exploring an underwater graveyard of shipwrecks, he came across a massive Ice Viking ship that was still intact. Suddenly, a huge crew of Ice Vikings burst out from inside and began leading an attack on the unarmed dolphin residents. Flip Wreck took off at once and quickly fastened together armor, shield, and sword using pieces from the nearby wrecks. He then single-handedly defeated the Ice Vikings, who retreated never to be seen again. For his heroic actions, Flip Wreck was made a Skylander and now turns the tide against evil in Skylands!

They all look great! TfB does it again, especially with Flip Wreak's Wheel Shield.

High Five's animation is actually pretty awesome, not afraid at all to "skip" frames to look more like a real bug, but dunno about the gameplay.
Bat Spin's gameplay is cool, but her name stayed and a reminder that it's not really worth supporting how it came to be. Would get and rename to Frightengale if Shortcut still didn't hold up on his own though.
Flip Wreck seems to be what Rip Tide was supposed to be, pretty cool.

None are buys for the time being, but their gameplay and new backstories really compensate the names and the lazy were they were chosen.

I am going to love these guys

Bat Spin turned out to be really awesome!
That bat transformation is spectacular!

Flip Wreck is quite different from how I expected him to be, but he's indeed cool.

High Five looks really interesting too... The only thing that bugs (haha...) me, is that he doesn't seems to have any actual fight ability, just dashing ones. It would be quite a shame to have another winged but flightless Skylander...

Favorite is High Five...love his game play and the animation.

Bat Spin is in second. The name bothers me but her game play looks fun especially the transformation into a bat.

Flip Wreck looks cool but I am still not completely sold on him. Will have to watch more videos and ultimately play the game with him before making a final decision.

Flip Wreck's my fave. But Bat Spin actually has my favorite voice out of all of them.

Gameplay wise Flip Wreck dominates for sure.

And Bat Spin has a random accent? Well okay Short Cut is definately still my choice for extra guy to get.

I'm REALLY glad they put a reference to Sparx in High Five's character bio.

Wow I really didn't expect much from any of these guys, but who would have thought that these guys would be some of the coolest and original fighters in the game?! Flip Wreck is the one I actually was the most shocked about. Bat Spin I am glad to see is finally getting more attention and High Five is cool, but also kinda seems off. High Five seems to fight like Camo with apples instead, moves fast like any fast Skylander, but the most shocking part is his spin attack like Scratch. Come on High Five you don't need to copy one of the coolest Swap Force core guys just to be awesome. No offense to all High Five fans that was just something I had to mention about his spin attack.

They don't particularly stand out to me (perhaps because, like many of the other recently revealed ones I feel like I haven't seen enough of their gameplay which was interruped by the villains), but they made Bat Spin's backstory really work. Huzzah!

Though they have them as question marks on the poster and revealed them before the game came out... why?

Not really, remember the first leaked poster didn't have them in question marks - theirs are also different from the new elements' ones, Arc.

Well, actually High Five spin attack ends with an headbash, while Scratch one didn't.
It looks like a cross between Spyro's Soul Gem and Scratch Spin attack.

I don't think those question marks will remain.
Sure, the Light and Dark ones will, as they technically weren't suppose to be "revealed", but the Frito Lays characters will probably be there, along with the other new Cores.

I like that they kept the backstory of High Five similar to but more detailed than the contest entry - plus, Sparx! Bat Spin's new backstory is actually close to what I had thought of. Flip Wreck, well, he actually got a backstory, his contest entry was just awful.

The attacks are all nice, though I'm mostly surprised by Flip Wreck. Bat Spin's bat form and High Five are really cute :3

I also really like that Bat Spin's new tornado is all black, helps it look more different from the Warnado / Spin-SF tornadoes, and makes it seem more like smoke/shadow, which is perfect for an undead elemental.

High Five doesn't look that interesting IMO, but still pretty frigg'n cool nevertheless

Hopefully that means they're FINALLY confirmed to be back. But it's still hard to tell, remember these guys might as well have been the first ones designed for this game. But since Bat Spin's model actually changed ever since the contest,this can very much be footage from the final game.

There was a Life gate in Snap Shot's video, but users still believe, according to an official confirmation by Lou, that there are only Traptanium gates in Trap Team.

I really like Flip Wreck!

Probably gonna pass on High Five & Bat Spin(horrible name). They just don't excite me much. I think a bat type character has more potential than her. Though I guess she could be considered more vampire than bat. Even then.

gameplay for all 3 look respectable...for some reason Bat Spin's facial features in game look "off" to me for some reason. I was expecting flying with High Five....but agree with BitFrost... Flip Wreck looks like Rip Tide done right to me. Order of preference to me is Flip, Bat and then High...which is pretty much opposite of what I originally thought.

I believe High Five has been confirmed for a 2015 release. The contest is just a way to get him early.

Flip Wreck's attacks look fun, I love the fact that Bat Spin's giant bat move spits out little bats and I'm not sure about High Five's attacks they seem a bit bland to me.

Yay, Arbo was in Bat Spin's video.

At least they didn't stick with Flip Wreck's "is half dolphin and half ship wreck" detail.

Actually, an interview of a few weeks ago revealed that they actually changed their minds again, and that now the game includes regular Elemental Gates too.

Im impressed by the 3 attack wise but high five i think is the one im most likely to get liking his design more than the others, hopefully he will be in the UK by spring....considering how long it seems for us to get figures compared to other parts of the EU

I second that.

I love bat spin even more now. Even though I was a fan of her she has exceeded my expectations. I hope she is in wave 3.

I originally wasn't going to get flip wreck but he isn't pretty awesome. Those wheel attacks are great. Plus he looks rad in the game.

As for high five I thought he would be better. On a good note I love the originality of his moment

They're guaranteed to be around, the thing is if normal gates will still show up. They wouldn't change Soda Springs' Water Traptanium gate, for example, if people are getting Snapshot anyway.

It's still unsure, as we didn't get any confirm yet, but according to the article and the Snap Shot video (both referring to a recent version of Trap Team), it is quite probable.
