Sorry guys, I have nothing to contribute for this challenge.. I do love the Sonic games, but I haven't played many nor do I know many facts about them. I'm just gonna trust that one of my teammates will submit something, haha. There's still roughly six hours left from this post, I believe, so there's still time for the rest of you guys to discuss. (I'll be asleep for the next seven hours or so)

tbh, I looked at the wiki and checked games listed under his history and not under the cameo section. I'll double-check them to make sure when I'm tallying points and might change what my list includes, so please list the games you are counting when you submit this answer.

Handheld does count. Though side stuff like Mario & Sonic Olympics definately doesn't count for anything. Basicly, by main series, I mean excluding the gimmicky stuff that would be the Sonic equivalent of Mario Party, Mario Kart, or any of the other Mario sport games.

Gallahad wasn't a main knight? I thought he was one of the knights you had to go through in the story to get towards the final boss.

Besides, if I were to count them, I should also count Baby Daisy, and possibly Waluigi and Daisy.

Crisis Road

Dreams of an Absolution

ChainedSkull waves a small green flag, giving the signal to begin. The cars take off on their own, no need to push on a gas pedal and start going up the track. Things seem rather easy and calm for the first portion of the track, only needing to turn the wheel and hold it at a certain angle to follow the curve of the track. However, after the first quarter of the way up, several small black, plush like creature with little devil wings on their backs begin zipping their way up the track on super-sped tricycles. The chaos quickly catch up to the players.

"Didn't take them long did it...." Dmc notes.

The creatures ring the little bells on the handles of tricycles sending out laser blasts at the players.

"What the hell? Someone is clearly twisted... Cutesy fairy **** is here on pathetic tricycles to kill us with lasers." Cynderfan gripes as she swerves about to dodge the attacks.

"I think it's hilarious." EP laughs a bit.

"You would...." CAV shakes his head.

One of the blasts hits near one of I-B's tires causing him to swerve a bit uncontrollably. "Oh hell, no! I am not dying against these things!" He regains control of his vehicle just before he would've slid off the track.

Sky meanwhile, slams her foot against where the gas pedal should be, wanting to get as far from the creatures as possible. It seems to have some effect, causing her vehicle to rapidly speed up, going far beyond the rest of the players.

"How'd you get it to speed up, there's no pedals?!" Angel shouts after her, hoping to get the same result.

"Whatever you're on, give me some!" sP calls out to Sky.

The little black fairy-like creatures begin to focus on one target, allowing most of the racers to slip by and get further up the track. Sky is naturally the first to cross the finish line. Upon crossing the line, the car automatically powers off. The space at the end of the track is a rather wide platform with large guard-rails and a wide doorway on the other side leading into the next floor. Most of the other players cross a few minutes after her, leaving a few stragglers and the one left under fire from the creatures.

"You can do it!" HDAZ encourages the remaining few players.

Eventually, the creatures finally hit their target, hitting one of the player's tires. The tire explodes instantly from the laser blast. This leads to the car spinning madly out of control. The driver spins the steering wheel about, trying to gain some control over the vehicle and recover, yet it doesn't seem to provide much help, rather only hindering. The car finally skids to a halt, half-way over the side of the track, more then three-quarters of the way up.

A few of the creatures ram their trikes into the car, making it slip over the edge. The driver falls out of the driver's seat with the car being nothing more than similar to a small go kart, topless in nature. The player falls backwards, reaching up in vain to try and grab hold of the track. Their fall lasts forever, almost as if going in slow-motion. Finally, one of the creatures fires a laser directly at the player. Troll Slug's body shatters into pixel shards instantly.

The creatures turn to the other players, who are all standing with looks of horror upon. One of the creatures smiles a sharp-toothed grin and snickers just as the last player crosses the finish line. With no more available targets, the creatures speed off, heading back down the track.


Troll Slug has been eliminated!

Horunka Village

A Thousand Years

This floor is mostly peaceful in nature. The few enemy monsters that roam the area are very low-level, almost weaker than the first floor enemies, making the players travel to the previous floors if they wish to level-grind. The layout of the fifth floor is mostly grassland. The main settlement consists of wooden homes and dirt roads, though a city line is rather clearly marked through the grassy terrain. The players are sitting together in the middle of town, eating lunch together as they take a break from progressing through the game.

"When we aren't fighting for our lives in a death game, it's kind of nice here." Angel says, looking out at the beautiful view of their surroundings.

"Yeah... Maybe if we were just playing the game, I'm sure exploring it and just hanging out here would be fun." I-B says between bites of his sandwhich.

"I dunno. I think the death-game part makes it more interesting. Kinda sucks some of our friends died though." EP talks with his mouth full.

The others just stare at him, at a loss for words.

Their meal is interrupted though, by the sound of a quick scream, like that of a child's, followed shortly by a crashing noise.

"Who could that be? Everyone's here.... aren't they?" sP asks in confusion.

"Oh god, what if it's a ghost?!" Sky begins to freak out.

"I don't think there's ghosts in this game." HDAZ tries to reassure her.

"Lots of people died playing this game, what if their spirits are haunting it?!?!"

"Whatever it is, we should check it out." Avatari stands up, putting her hand to her sword.

"NO! Your courage keeps getting us killed! We should stay here where nothing can touch us and stay safe." Sky shouts back at her. Avatari begins to sulk.

CAV stands up and slaps Sky, hoping to get her to calm down and knock some sense into her at the same time. "What good would that do? If we want to get out of this game, we have to keep moving forward and fighting through it. As much as you may not like it, she's right; we need to check out what that was."

HDAZ helps Sky up and gives her a hug as they all walk towards the source of the sound.

They eventually stop before a stone wall carved into the side of a hill. Shards of a stone slap lie scattered in front of the wall. As they draw near to the shards, the small plush-like form of Bash28 comes walking slowly from behind the hill, pushing his little hand-nubs together nervously.

"To get the next floor you guys need to solve a puzzle, but Bashy accidentally broke it, so you need to fix it first. Once you start though, some monsters are going to try to attack you." Bash looks at the ground, ashamed of having broken the challenge.

"Puzzles are rather fun and interesting, shouldn't be too hard." CAV adjusts his glasses and grins.
