I am UK which will probably complicate things, so lets just stick to the US prices (because the UK has forgotten what the exchange rate is anyways) and I know exactly what I will be buying on day 1, so could someone please help me figure out the full costs? (Please)

im up to about $242 without mini's. thats IF, and a big IF, TRU has BOGO40 going on. The mini's will be a game time decision.

I'm up to $175 including tax with waves 1 and 2. And only add another $35 after that for the last 2 people I'm getting. So I'll be spending roughly $210 this time around.

$175??? How is that possible?? $75 for starter set......leaves you with $100. NOWAY you can get complete wave 1 and 2 with $100. Youve got 5 corelanders and 5 trap masters at launch with 9 traps, not to mention adventure pack or minis.

Maybe I should have specified a little haha. 1) I'm not getting the starter pack, my girlfriend is. 2) I only ever buy 1 gimmick skylander per elect each game, plus all the adventure packs and such. Wave 1 I am getting Gear Shift, Wallop, Wildfire, Gusto, the Kaos trap, 4 other traps (only 1 per element in traps as well this time), and the adventure pack. Then wave 2 I am getting Bushwack and Lob Star, as well as my other 4 traps. Thankfully since I'm buying the nightmare express pack my girlfriend is going to buy the mirror of Mystery pack, that way we have both still. Sorry for the confusion YerMomsFaceHere. I was originally gonna get the starter pack, but since I got the Swap Force one we decided she can get this one and we will just alternate for each game in the future.

I'm hopin to pull off a little more magic and give final numbers on Oct.5 but wont disclose my final tally and how I got there until then.....only thing I can say is that I will NOT be paying retail , even without the BOGO40.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those sort of deals. That means I won't even break 200 if that is at launch. That's good to know. And hey, whatever helps keep your wallet happy, I say go for it.

Im prob pulling out of day 1 items except making sure i end up with the target trap. I ended up spending a TON day 1 only to return 95% of it for bogo 50% deals etc. I will keep my preorders for now of the store exclusives (minus toysrus) and gearshift. I will work on getting the rest after the first triely good sale (at least 50% off) as tru 40% aint so much when my store ups a corelander to 12.99 to start.


Then again i did enjoy going on day 1 picking out the best look as eevrything is new from the box so hmmm.

I'm just assuming the prices of the triple packs, based on last year's triple pack. They were £24.99 at launch and then lowered them to £19.99 around January. So if swap force is anything to go by, yes they will be £24.99.

I don't think they'd do that, because it'd cost less to get three individual Traps (£15) than a Triple Pack (£25).

If they did that, they'd lose a lot of Trap Triple Pack sales in the UK. I think they're more likely to be £13, £2 less than individual Packs.
