Day 9: Short exchanging of words with some kids. Still no friends, still sitting alone at lunch. The kids at my art table genuinely terrify me in a "they are crazy and weird" way. Still can't understand a word the spanish teacher is saying and just do what everyone else is doing.

I used to get that regularly. I hated how I couldn't control my breathing rate for the paralysis period.

I feel so dull, so numb, so heavy. I honestly don't know how much i'm gonna be able to stand any of this.
I don't want any of you to worry. But I want you to help as well. I don't know, its annoying..
I need help, one way or another, from someone, anyone, please, help, though I have no idea how anyone can help..
Even if i'm going though all this, I still have to be there for everyone.
I'm so done with everything, every second is painful, every movement is a chore, everything thought is linked back to something terrible, hours are ticking by slowly.
