1. Don't use a derogatory term especially directed towards other users even if it is not censored
2. Please direct me towards proof or at least describe the situations in which people have been attacked (remember, moderators can check moderated message history and now we can view all posts by a user)
3. Please post these kinds of threads with proof already included if you are actually being serious and wish not to have people be further attacked
4. Bias is an issue, indeed and I hope to resolve this so please notify me of situations or notify me anonymously via someone else, or contact another moderator
5. If you have any problems with me closing this thread please contact me

(sorry for the delay, I was looking at moderation history to see about the deleted message claims but it's very limited and goes back 2 weeks)
