Since Naughty Dog's going back to Uncharted, it may be very possible that they're going back to Jak & Daxter next. Seriously, Naughty Dog said that if they were to make another epic Jak & Daxter game, they'd do it.

Unlikely. They've been saying ''maybe'' for the longest time. Also, I think I read somewhere that they are in very early stages of a new I.P.

It's sad that Sony couldn't find a developer to make a Jak & Daxter game for the PS3.

It's strange how franchises like Spyro, Crash, Jak & Daxter, and maybe even TY the Tasmanian Tiger have just died out now, I mean, Spyro is with Skylanders, so he's kind of died out, he's died out in terms of his own series, but anyway, Ratchet & Clank have survived through, even with lackluster games like All 4 One (arguably) and Q-Force [Full Frontal Assault] and is still going, even Sly Cooper has randomly started up again with Thieves in Time. So how come Sly can come back after a while with a different developer, but these ones can't?

Because when naughty Dog lent the Jak IP out to another developer they really screwed the pooch on it. Let's face it, aside from the air combat sections Lost Frontier was a write off. I know though that Naughty Dog did return to the series because going ahead with Last Of Us, but they couldn't get past the concept stage.

Sony owns the IP, Naughty Dog is owned by Sony. Yes, it is very likely. Although, I think Naughty Dog is working on something totally different, unfortunately. I would love to see Jak and Daxter again.

Yes, until Activision bought the rights to the franchise for the third game and have continued to do so since.

Oh no, my mistake. Krome actually own Ty, Activision just published the last game. Besides, there was a Ty game released last year for Windows 8.

I'm thinking of one, but that's for a book series: Lance. However, from what I've seen, there has never been a truly iconic dog game. We can make a game about a cocky secret agent female poodle with parkour, platforming, and shooting skill. I'll call her Linda.
