That's like asking Sony to release Uncharted on PC.

It's their license(s) and exclusive. Why would they release it on a gaming platform that isn't their own?

EDIT: You can buy Steam cards in stores. There are still physical PC game copies out there, but most of them require you to have Steam anyway (and yet people complain about Origin).
