Because I feel like this would be pretty darn useful, because of the frequency that people say "The Elite/Popular of S&N think that blah blah"
So to identify these users we could use some kind of scale.

I'm gonna make a list of S&N users. And on a scale of 1-10, try to say how popular they are.
This isn't meant to be a bragging topic or to make you feel bad, pleas don't take this personally.
If I forget any users, remind me and I'll update the list:

Alright, lets do this thing.

Lunarz - 9 - A great guy, VERY similar to an irl friend, enough that I actually thought they were the same person.

CAV - 6 - I don't really know CAV, but I feel they're well known.

Zer0dch - 7 - An, odd guy, to be sure, but I find he's gotten past his "rebellious phase"

Ice Dragoness - 2 - We've had some, very heated arguments, and I personally dislike some of the things you've said.

Spyrobaro - 8 - A caring user, but can get a little out of hand in certain situations.

Hardcoreignitor - 6 - I'd love to give you higher, as most of the time you're a good user and a good guy to talk to, but everyone remembers all the hell you've raised here, it's almost a once per month thing, sorry buddy.

HIR - 9 - I'm not one to hop on hype trains, but after being in the final season of survivor, and how well it played out, I'm in.

Wakapro - 8 - I don't know a lot about you, but I felt you were a good person.

JCW555 - 9 - A great mod (in my eyes) and tends to fix mistakes, not ignore them.

Locoguy107 - 5 - after getting over the whole "Classic obsession" he became a good, and well known user, unfortunately most remember him for the obsession and spam.

Wild - 9 - A mod that isn't above making a topic in SnN, for no reason at all, it makes Wild very down-to-earth.
