Since you're TT-ing, any Labor Day weekend wishing well weekends or other cool stuff?

Not really. Aside from the new Fire tower, some offers on skylanders and a discount on the Aquarium there's not much happening this week. The weekend will have some gem packs with a fire and magic shrine attached to them.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll just spin for a few B+Bs then. Been getting them pretty regularly every 200 stones or so.

Interesting. She's female for sure in my house. There are enough male skyalnders that any close calls are female.

Star Strike is female. She also works with the female cadette's HQ building.
I really like this new alter ego. I hope there is also a hut for her.
Looks like the Magic sanctuary will get updated next month.

I'm afraid that, if patterns have anything to do with it, MSS won't have a hut, but October's alt will. Purely because BGD and SST didn't have huts, but BPT and FFF did.

She definitely looks cool, but do we need another Star Strike after Enchanted? Oh well. They did it with Pop Fizz, Countdown, and Slobbertooth (and Wash Buckler, although he wasn't a monthly wishing well alter ego), so why not?

Well, given October is going to likely be "Undead" month, all four Swap Force figures for that element already have a Lost Island variant having a previous variant isn't going to limit getting a new one. I'm hoping for another Swapper, they are useful.

That is, unless they go ahead early with Trap Team content, but I don't see them giving out a variant version of a new figure in the well prior to us having an opportunity to buy that character in the store.

On another note, was sad to see Labor Day weekend didn't start today as holiday sales usually do on Friday. Hoping for an alts in the Well thing, but after July 4th, I am more expecting just sales on them and some companions. If they put them in the Well, it at least gives people incentive to collect them again and get shrines. I've reached the point where Energy and Gold are pointless since I now have way more than I'll likely ever use, and now it seems Wish Stones (save 200 a month for the new alt) are as well. Gems are the only currency that has meaning.

Oh i got a Mystic Starstrike , a BnB and 5 - 7 x 100 000 gold from the wishing well for the low low price of 150 something stones .

I spent 178 stones to get her, 2 fisheries, and 1 100,000.

I spent 174 stones and got 5 x 100,000 gold, 2 Taverns and a Fishery before getting MSS. I guess I'll just sell the Fishery and Taverns, again, as I have way too many. It would be nice if they would either let us sell them for gems (even if it was at 25% instead of the normal 50% we get for gold), or give us upgraded buildings so we can somehow combine multiple buildings to upgrade them.

Now time to go and clear out my inventory. I'm glad they changed the inventory to sell multiples of items, but it would be nice if we had the option as we won them at the well to either keep or sell.

First time getting an alt real fast. I don't think I was even at 50 stones yet.

me too, I doubt we spent 65 stones...although I do know we spent a bit over 50

I threw about 180 stones before getting MSS. I got 2 taverns, a cocoa stand and a couple 100,000 gold prizes. I put the cocoa stand in storage with the 13 others I have and found room for the taverns. I'll need to have like 30 taverns before I'm ready to sell any. They're still one of the best kingdom xp producers in the game.

I only threw in about four Wish Stones and ended up getting her.

Took me 101 stones, that's one of the fastest wins I've had.

It took me over 200 stones, but my son got her in about 160 stones. I also got 4 bed and breakfasts which is nice, but I don't really need them (as if I need any of it) but my son got only fisheries and cocoa stands and could have really used a B&B. Oh well maybe next time.
That's great for everyone who got her so quickly :-) that happened to me once early on and helped me get ahead in my stone collecting.

Better then a Fishery ?

I used to be a bigger fan of the fisheries, and I still have yet to sell any of mine (I probably have about 15 of them), but they've somewhat lost their luster for me. While they award slightly more xp per collection, they take 5 more hours than taverns and thus can generally only be collected 1.5 times per day whereas taverns can be collected probably 2x per day (in both cases if you're diligent about it). So on a per day basis the taverns can be better. And even if (like me) you only play/collect once per day, the taverns still have an advantage in that they take up only 4 spaces as opposed to the 6 spaces fisheries take up. That means you can have more of taverns in the same number of spaces. The parks, potters and stages are all better too, given their size but your limited in how many you can have. The aquariums and windmills are also better but they cost a lot of gems so it's hard to accumulate a bunch of those. Therefore I really, really like taverns and still definitely like fisheries.

Also, fisheries and taverns have zero mabu costs which I think is a great benefit (at least until you are awash in B&Bs and have more mabu than you could possibly deploy).

Has anyone else had MSS's quests start when she hit level 4? I'm so used to them starting at level 5 that I was pretty confused when she had a scroll above her head at level 4.

Yes!! That surprised me too - although I didn't get the scroll. I went to send her on an adventure (to get to level 5) and saw the missions.

Same here too. Went to send on a mission when at lvl 4 and was very surprised to see goals appear against some of them. The scroll appeared when the airship returned.

But just the two quests - kind of a drag, that.

I have gotten 3 missions. 1- several adventures for 1 gem. 2- harvest various crops for 2 gems and 3 - clear 10 sheep and 10 trolls plus place 4 magic decorations for 3 gems.

I agree with the 3 quests. I suggest clearing sheep or trolls with her - the quest should then pop up for you.

Yep, the third quest popped up after I sent her on an extra mission. Weird how that happens, but whatever.
