You'll have to ask Tobi about that (I believe humans in La'Cryma can handle it?), but Reizu, an advanced kind of quantum particle/data, is a necessity for me and the other Dragon Knights to have any form of existence.
The worst that could happen would be, say, you develop extra limbs, extradimensionality, or quantum powers. Or you dissipate into less than nothingness. What state of existence is your species?

Depending on how your physicality is established, it could vary, but typically supernatural beings are not effected so easily by science-based factors. Then again, quantum physics is oft viewed as a bridge between science and supernatural. We of La'Cryma are more aligned towards the scientific side (our Reizu is a form of quantum data), whereas our worst enemy, Shangri'La, seems more aligned towards the supernatural. Reizu can be used as an effective weapon against most their forces, but their "god" Noein is near invulnerable to it. Non-La'Crymans can be exposed to Reizu (which they often describe as "blue snow") without any negative effects, though ingesting it, eh, we'll have to see.
As I said, your supernatural existence should ensure that it won't harm you, but best take a small sip first. Just don't bathe in it or you might become undefined like us.

We now offer a safer, more diluted version of Reizu quantum cocktails. With only a 0.3% chance of being transposed. Or an 1.4% chance of gaining quantum senses or powers. And a 0.0005% chance of being turned into energy. Completely safe.

It is possible for me to die through multiple means, but really the only main mortal threats to Dragon Knights are transpositioning errors, quantum gods or similar superbeings (a lot of franchises view us as OP apparently however, so it requires a very, very powerful entity), or fading away, though I shan't be foolish enough to tell you how to cause that.
