Not sure what you mean by this, are you sure you're not thinking of "click and collect" which is free for orders over $40?

Just found some good news and some bad news on the trap team dark edition, good news we are getting it on all console platforms, bad news it's and eb games exclusive again

Better value than the regular starter, but then again EB always have poor value on their reg starters.

I pre ordered the dark edition from eb for the wii today. I hope they have a decent pre order bonus.

I don't have any evidence of it, but an EB employee mentioned the possibility of a free figure with Trap team preorder, they could not recall the name. Ofcourse this proves NOTHING, and is just what I was advised. I am thinking its Gearshift, but its just guessing.

Gearshift is an EB expo exclusive. If we get anything it will likely be a bonus trap.

Most of us is excited for trap team and I do too , to finalise the swap force is it only light core bumbleblast that is not released yet?

Target has just started the in store toy sale, Swappers are two for $19 and they have racks of Jade Fire Krackens (maybe 200 total).

There are two that are not out in Australia yet are Lightcore Bumbleblast and Quickdraw Rattle Shake.
although no-where has a retail release of Quickdraw Rattle Shake yet.

My assumption is that Quickdraw Rattle Shake will be added as the pre-order bonus for Trap team at EB games, probably at the end of August/start of September.

although i do hope that the bonus is something actually related to the new game.

i'm pretty sure that K-Mart/Target/Big W will have a deal on the starter pack on the release day too, a free figure or trap or one of the storage type thingies.

Me personally, i'll be pre-ordering the Dark starter from ebgames, but i'll be waiting till september to do it, and i'll be getting the regular starter in the boxing day sales and trading the disc and portal in at ebgames to re-coup some of the cost.

Why do you think Quick draw will be an EB exclusive?

So far we have seen it available at Walmart Stateside, this usually lines up with Big W over here.

Also, EB Games are very quick to get figures up for preorder, if they had QuickDraw, I would expect it to be advertised by now.

I also doubt that the Dark starter will be an EB exclusive. Where this this info come from, EB's website? Not a reliable source IMO.

The Dark starter is advertised on the EB Games website as an EB exclusive, but as you say, that often changes as it gets closer to release date thats why i'm waiting till september to pre-order, so if it is spreading more widely i can get it cheaper as target/k-mart/big w try to out do each others prices.

I only presume that they will be doing Quick Draw as their preorder bonus as they have nothing as a bonus yet, usually they at least have a free figure or something, its odd that there is nothing. also we had polar whirlwind for swap force, so I'm assuming they'll do something similar for Trap Team.

Store exclusives are hard to follow and translate here. things that are store exclusives there are everywhere here, and things that are everywhere there are exclusive here. e.g. the enchanted pair, both in large numbers at that big w toy sale, and at the current target sale and at EB games, whilst exclusive to walmart in the US. jade fire kraken, Target exclusive here, everywhere there. nitro freeze blade, they had it at target, we got it at big w.

the timing also lends me to think it'll be a pre-order bonus. we usually get our stuff two months-ish after its released in the US. thats mid september-almost october, when the focus should be on Trap team, not a new swap force variant.

it is all just assumption, presumption, opinion and plain old guessing on my behalf though. I can could come up with an extremely well thought out, logical reason why its going to do what I think it'll do and it'll turn out to be an Uncle Pete's exclusive. x.x

But having all the discussions aside i was hoping that giants side kicks actually available around this time just like last year for SSA side kicks.. Kind of dissapointed we do not get any giants kicks..

Quick Draw as a general preorder bonus I totally agree with, I thought you meant Quick Draw would only be available at EB Games.

I thought Jade Fire Kraken was Target in the US. I was wondering why I couldn't find Nitro Freeze Blade at Target. Unfortunately my local Big W is too far to make it a browsing trip worthwhile, same with Toys'r'us.

I would assume they will be doing something with the sidekicks in Trap Team, which might be why we are not seeing them in stores.

Don't know if its been mentioned but JB Hifi is doing Outlaw Brawl and Chain as preorder bonus.

I imported QD rattle and LC bumble from Amazon. I took the barcodes to the shop and and nothing scanned up for QD but LC bumble scanned at big w so we should see him soon.

Ah good find. I hope eb games have something soon as I have almost paid off my dark edition.
