wow, there is a bash and spyro sidekicks, good observation. i didnt know this, it would be nice with some new sidekicks

That Bash isn't a Sidekick, it's a picture of regular Bash looking at the screen. Even the person who made the image said that it wasn't a Sidekick.

And there are "Mini Double Packs" confirmed for release, so they might actually play a better role this time.

I'm pretty sure that "Spryo sidekick" is Eye Small.

No, Small Eye is element of undead sidekick and spyro is based magic

I think that, if the sidekicks do anything, it'll probably be the gimmick for the 3DS only. That's probably why we still have heard nothing about that version. 3DS will have playable sidekicks, or at least sidekicks that do something more than follow you around. I'm guessing that version won't use the traps at all, since it's possible that a transportable portal that does the same trapping may not be possible.

The card suggests that they'll be playable, which I think is probably what they will be. I just think they will only be playable in the 3DS game, and they'll be their normal "follow you around" style in the other games.

If the sidekicks are gonna be playable in TT, maybe they will have an important role, such as fitting into smaller spaces that normal Skylanders, Giants, SWAP Force, and Trap Masters couldn't.

I think sidekicks will be important in the skylanders 5, Activision is preparing some thing in skylanders 5 nouvaux not imagine name skylanders 5 will be "Adventure Skylanders Sidekicks"

Maybe the sidekicks do drop hole missions within each level... kinda like rat holes.

I see a small orangish blur. Also the pose and base isn't the same as Eye Small

It does indeed bear a spyro look so it is possible it is spyro as a sidekick (or the strangest series 4)

That's the original Eruptor, just in a different pose.
Plus, that "Bashy" Sidekick is just a picture of Bash looking up.
The people that snapped the pic even said so.
Bashy must've been a name they call him.

Interesting observation. Could TFB be leading up to sidekicks being more prominent throughout the series, maybe in the same category as reposes (we get a select amount each year), and a sidekick of an existing character would technically be a repose...
