Any characters in a while? E3 was less than a month back and we got 3 (really 5) there. I'm just want more stages and items (3DS version).

Also, what's the version of choice for you guys?

I'm going 3DS, though I'm getting both most of my attention will be on the 3DS version.

I'm getting 3DS for sure because I've always wanted a portable Smash game. I'm still debating on getting the Wii U version though

That depends on your point of view. I'm pretty sure they are coming back, especially with the Lucario, Ike, Toon Link trio returning. They are significant enough to their series to the point that it's unlikely they will be cut (in my opinion of course).

When the game reaches the fastly approaching 50th page maybe it should be split into two topics - for 3DS and Wii U.

Why do I say this? Well, the Nintendo 3DS's topic would explode upon release, and we might have to make more topics before "for Wii U" releases. They technically are separate games with the same characters anyway.

Actually, those were just based off of generic colour changes that Mega Man would have with certain weapons in the Mega Man games. There was a green one too.

I think he's talking about what characters we think will be revealed soon. Characters are normally revealed to celebrate something. I'm thinking Ness will be revealed soon.

Because in online matches some people might be confused about why someone has a certain character if they don't know about the DLC. Once I remember seeing someone start as giga bowser and wario man in an online match and got confused.
