Hey, you're just pissed you're not him. Think about it.

That guy has EVERYTHING. If he doesn't have something, he can easily get it. North Korea doesn't have budgets, or whatever. He's free to do whatever he wants with his money. ANYTHING.

Hell, he could transform the capital city into one giant strip club if he wanted. (That would make some serious money, think of the tourist attraction!)
