No, that's more like people just being hypocrites. A double standard would be, for example, Yellow Sparx users mini-modding and being called out for it, while Gold Sparx are mini-modding and everyone is fine with it.

Oh, ok then! Hmmm... Lower Sparx levels are usually linked to them getting Gnorc'd or some sort of bad behavior. Higher Sparx are linked to maturity and decent behavior. So you have a lot of people trying to keep an eye on someone like me and not paying attention to anyone else.
