Doubtful. It would come with it's standard Google search engine, doesn't it make sense?

Bing was probably just included with a software you installed. Softonic's packages, wich are popularly used, tend to come with these and almost no one clicks the "No thanks" option.

Just go to the setting and change it, simple. @.@
