Second Moderator Enrollment? [CLOSED]

I'm just thinking that this should happen. More and more people seem to be joining this site every day, so...

The most reasonable way it would happen is if all of our current moderators left.

Or just wait around a decade.

How about:

A) All current moderators are removed.
smilie New accounts are created: "Moderator 01", "Moderator 02", etc.
C) New enrollment starts. All members are eligible.
D) "new" moderators are picked. Off the record, mostly consists of all the old mods.
E) All mods are given one of the new generic accounts for moderation duties. Mods are instructed to not give away the fact that they're moderators. All official actions are taken under the generic accounts.
F) ???
G) Profit.

I haven't found much need for more. If there are ones that are not doing their jobs, I don't see why we still have them around. Maybe they had a reason?

Yes, I would totally apply for an application and be the best mod I can be.
(I have experience with moderating a chatroom, forums are a small step down)

Even if Matteo replaced IJM, IJM needs a demote. And where the **** is HIR (but he's a good mod)?

Could somebody just close this topic already before it becomes a S&N room? The mods already found out Loco was just being his usual delusional self by wanting to get some power over people's posts in his threads, nobody's getting more mod positions until Dark decides we need that, such need existing already or not.
