Some seriously cute dog pics going on in here! Ever since I got my kitten three years ago, I've become more of a cat person. Maybe it's because we hand-raised she and her siblings and so she's the sweetest thing you could ask for. Well, to me. And since I haven't had a dog in a few years. Though honestly, cats are just easier to care for. Especially when you don't have a lot of time. I have a picture of my kitten on my GB if anyone wants to see her. (It's in a link)

So apparently Tomo is female (honestly I had no clue. Tomo is a male name over here), and Scribbles in non-binary gender... that doesn't help me at all. I still wonder what sex is Scribbles.

I don't want to offend LGBT folks or anyone similar to them, but sometimes I feel annoyed when people use so many terms for their sexuality. Why label and complicate everything.

I may seem offensive when I say this, but non binary genders confuse me. I don't understand what the boundary between "male" and "female" is, different bodies aside. So I don't get how someone can be "a bit of both". Anyone can have any personality and interests and such regardless of their body. This doesn't mean to be offensive, I just don't understand, is anyone able to explain?

I think it's just the way one perceives themselves. Perhaps something similar to transgender? Like... there are some gender roles in our world, that women should wear dresses and men not, or women should cook and men don't have to. You don't care about those differences, so you just wear a tuxedo instead of a dress, or play football instead of cooking. You don't really label yourself as male nor female.

Which is why I found the answer from the admin really frustrating. It still doesn't say what sex Scribbles is. I think it should be clear enough what you want to know when you ask someone what gender someone/something is. I don't need to know their psychological state or whatever.

EDIT: Someone explained it better.
Non-binary is apparently when you don't care if you're called he or she. You let people use whatever pronoun they want, even if they might be the opposite gender.

Still doesn't answer what is Scribbles' TRUE SEX.

I get it. Kind of. Some people use other pronouns though. like Xe I think is an example. I kind of wish they'd generally settle for one set of gender-neutral pronouns for easiness' sake but eh, not my place to decide that.
