The night sky would be even more beautiful than it already is. Hell, even during the day you could see the rings.

No it wouldn't. It would be distant space debris orbiting around us, barely visible even at night.

No, no, no Dino-mite the rings would be noticed at night because they will reflect light from the sun just like the moon
