Gamestop bundle!!! ''out-of-stock" [CLOSED]

ugh..... worst part is that when it did come back in stock I can't even place a new order online because the system still thinks I already ordered one and CS is always closed. Gamestop really is a four letter word. I feel like I should raise hell on their PR sites until Corporate decides to fix their screw up.... otherwise that is the first and last time I'll ever shop at Gamestop (which I've avoided like the plague until now).


So your package got lost in transit or at the warehouse? Sounds like UPS/USPS/FEDEX screwed you over.

Know what's funny about that? I didn't blame Gamestop for UPS losing my package. I blame Gamestop for cancelling my replacement order without notice and not refunding me my shipping from the original order even though I followed all of their CS instructions.

I'd do a credit card chargeback if they're not refunding you shipping for an item you never received. Open a dispute with your credit card company.

I'd do a credit card chargeback if they're not refunding you shipping for an item you never received. Open a dispute with your credit card company.



Yeah I would do that except they just finally took care of me this morning. Corporate called and are mailing me a new one. So I'm happy now. Though the pain I went through to get here is not worth shopping at Gamestop. Plus, they're still sending me a gift card for the original $14 shipping and not charging me shipping on the new order. I guess if you're a squeaky wheel in the right place, they act fast.

The way it was worded made it seem like Gamestop lost it so I didn't know if it was lost in the warehouse or in transit.

Got my bundle in and like others it was a Wii. I returned it to the store and the nice clerk tried to find us one in other stores but they are O/S everywhere around here. They issued me a refund and said they would not be getting restocked on the Wii U since Trap Team is coming out. smilie

Same here. I was going to keep the game because I heard the Wii U was the best version. But it's very scarce.

i wish i could get the bundle for the swappers but i did reserve the dark edition of the wii u version and yeah compared to the ps4 version even the wii u version of swap force is pretty damn good

Taking that last ride through the sunset on skylanders. Hopefully a return of more classic spyro gameplay in the horizon.

Oh the Bundle has been changed to say for Wii! Not like it said before for Wii U I got my Wii U order and it was for Wii! That sucks....
