Ok. So I just watched HTTYD 2 at 12:30pm. And boy was I impressed! I won't write spoilers though.

So who else watched it and what's your thoughts?

I'm going to see it in a couple minutes. Glad to hear it's going to be good though.

Just got back from seeing it.

It was better then I expected, that's for sure.

I was reading about what the directors said and they're working on the third movie. And I read that if that one is a success as well, they might continue and make a 4th! Though its way too far away to know for sure now. My suggestion is to watch every single show, movie, episode that is related to HTTYD. that should do it.

I hope they just leave it at 3 films. DreamWorks can only release so many movies and whatnot before it gets tedious like Shrek or Madagascar. If they know there has to be a definite end, then I think they should take it.

And I do agree. I'll be happy with just 3. Because that's also another 3 seasons and those side movie things. So that's a lot so far.

And did you see that a 4th Madagascar is coming in 2018? I stopped watching that after the second one. Just didn't catch on.

And I'm not a big fan of animations. But HTTYD, not only my favorite anime movie series, but after HTTYD 2, I think this takes the place over Twister and Red Tails and goes right on top as my favorite movie ever.

Also, fun fact: The fans influenced the movie a bit. Some people were sad when Hiccup didn't have his freckles in the teaser trailer, so they added them. Toothless also got a few design tweaks, and fans thought it was due to age, then in the final version, Valka points to the changes and says "And he's your age!"

Another fun fact: HTTYD 2 was rated second best animated movie of all time!
