I believe you are right.

It looks like the same few sculpts are available across all 8 elements, which seems a bit generic to me.

In any event, now that I know we don't need traps to capture enemies, only to play as them, I don't think I will be buying any of the traps.

So far there are 5 different designs used for the 8 elements and they are the tiki, hammer, skull, fireball, and juggerhead

We have also seen the log holder for multiple elements, although, not all elements.

Scepter, Torch, Hammer, Skull, Tiki, Jughead, Log Holder, Kaos

the original discovery trailer has 15 designs in the box, one is kaos, so that won't be going to be available in all elements. i guess we'll have to wait and see if all designs are available in all elements, or if each element will have a couple of different designs.

my bet is with all 14 over all 8 elements.

looking at these images again, there is no torch or jug head in the box, so thats 16 different designs, which seems a better number to go with 8 elements.

In the trailer, we saw a Life trap that was a hand.

There is no possible way that we're going to have 16 different traps per element.

I still think that green hand trap is for glumshanks. It is a different green to life.

i might collect all the designs because theres not too many and theres like two different designs in one element from that picture they all look different and theres 14 designs plus koas makes 15 so if theres the same ones but different colours from the same element e.g the hand life trap will probably be in the other elemental colours

They look neat. I might try get one of each design.

I dont see how retailers will be able to support all the new characters + 16 designs / element. I think a more realistic number is 5 designs for each element, especially since many of us are assuming there will be that many bad guys.

I do not think all designs will be available for each element. There could be even more than 16 total designs, but probably only 5 or 6 of the designs for each element. By the way, I just watched the video from 1ofWisdom on the Trap Team game play and I noticed a trap that I hadn't previously seen. About 9 minutes in they place an Undead trap with Wolfgang trapped inside on the portal. The trap looked like a ball with a skinny ring around it. It probably has been mentioned already, but it was the first I had seen of it.

As long as the Traps are being produced, let's hope the makers won't leave any air bubbles inside them.
