It says it doesn't work and I need to contact activision, however I wonder If theres any other way to cotnact them than by phone.
Also if other people have trouble with it. (seems to be portal related, considering SSA and Giants still recognize it on the giants game)

Phones ur best bet.

You can try their online support. You'll get a shipping label to send it in as it's a legendary and once they receive it, they'll ship out your replacement.

You can check online. They have options for many Skylanders, but not all. I had a problem with Springtime Trigger Happy and he wasn't on the online list so I had to call.

If it's working on other games, it doesn't seem like the figure, but I could be wrong. If you do have to send it back, let us know if you got a shipping label. I had to send my STH back, but they didn't send me a shipping label so I had to pay to ship it. Not only that, but they claim I never sent it. I tried calling and they said they received it 5 days before I got the notice that they hadn't. Last I checked, there still hasn't been any progress on it. If you get a shipping label, I'll definitely call back for myself and complain.

After a few more tries it suddenly worked. Still send a mail to ask what might have caused it.
