Was one of the "higher tiers" if I'm not mistaken, not that I care about tiers, it's just is somebody is noticeably better then everyone else, then most new players will only want to play as him, and not give other's a fair chance.

Oh cool Ike is back, I really enjoyed playing as him in Brawl. ^o^
Though this really makes me think the chances of Chrom getting in a pretty small now, not out of the question, but pretty small.

Actually, he was pretty low tier:

Still. A lot of people use him, and seem hellbent on using him. As much as possible. I dunno, not a huge deal. I don't really use him.

Ice Climbers were very high-tier because there is an exploit called "de-syncing" which allows you to separate them and pull off all sorts of combos with them, and high level Ice Climbers players take advantage of this. This technique was also present in Melee, but it's more effective in Brawl because Brawl removed hitstun, meaning combos were generally much harder. Characters like Ice Climbers could pull off devastating combos despite the lack of hitstun in Brawl.

It should also be noted that tier lists are not necessarily a representation of what characters are better than others. Tier lists are mostly decided based on a character's reputation in tournaments (how many tournaments have been one with that character, and how much prize money has been won with that character).

I expect them to hold back his reveal until the game is released, like most minor shoe-in characters. We'll probably see Falco, Ness, Falcon, and Jiggs when the 3DS version comes out.

Thanks. I knew about Miiverse, but didn't really know what it was or where to find it, and didn't feel like searching. Now I don't have to .

All you have to do to stop the image from changing is upload it to another site. (like Imgur, for example) and use that link instead when you upload it here.

If you want to stop the image from changing, link the image in Sakurai's Miiverse post as opposed to the one on the Smash website.

Characters that have heavy damage slowly start to emit steam. When your opponent starts to get nice and smoky, give 'em a solid attack!

Some characters like Rosalina are always nice and smoky though...

This picture makes it look like you can turn the camera around the whole arena, because characters always face the camera now.

Actually, only some characters face the camera all of the time. Characters like Link, for example, who is always a lefty (except in TP and SS because Wii Remote), won't be mirrored like others who don't need to use a particular hand for a particular action.

If only Nintendo could patch their games to support that controller, like Mario Kart or maybe the upcoming Bayonetta 2. ...Not that the Pro Controller is terrible, I just really liked the Gamecube controller and still do.

In the 3DS version, You can tap on the fighter icons on the touch screen to find the opponent you are looking for. This is a cool feature. It might be helpful in team battle.

They did it with NSMBU to add Pro Controller support, so I wouldn't any reason to not be able to update some games for this.
