They called them SATs in primary school and exams in high school.

The tests you take when you're 11 aren't very hard.
The highest grade you can get is a level 5, lowest level 3 (unless you did so bad you didn't get a grade). You are meant to get level 4. I got 5 in English and science and 4 in maths.
