I mean, I don't know about you, but we can probably have a little but more moderators around here. This thing gets flooded with users every day, right? Elders will be of higher rank, but not as high as dark52. The Elders will make sure that the Hunters won't abuse their powers, but we can go ahead and take some people, make some of the current Hunters into Elders. Of course, if this is done wrong, this would bring on the "Lords and Retainers" scenario that Europe had during the medieval times, but if done right, we should get less moderation mistakes.

(I get this idea from Aura24. I forgot where she mentioned it, but that was where it's from).

What about we just get more hunters?

I don't support this. Theres no reason to give more power to anyone, even if dark has been inactive.

Okay, now I'm thinking which dragon elder should be in the image marco...should it be one of the elders from Spyro: A Hero's Tail, or should it be Ignitus?

We already particularly have some more "global moderators", if we are just to base it on the bare definition of one. Moderators can also kinda see what other moderators are up to, on most part, at this point as well, but I get the idea and positive sides in the suggestion of a true global mod, and it has definitely been suggested before, so I wouldn't be against it. I don't think we need global moderators as much as we need a better balance between what we already have, and our vision has definitely been widened since how it was like when our "hunting" first started.

I don't even think the number of moderators we have already, or when it all started, was overkill either. I'm not against more, but there should be more thought to it if we added more, and it's more likely that a current moderator would get a promotion than having a new one added at a higher rank.
