So theres 4 Skylander portals we know of now, and I was wondering... Which is your favourite?

Mine are:

1.(Best) Skylanders: Spyro's adventure
2. Skylanders: Swap force
3. Skylanders: Giants
4. (Worst) Skylanders: Trap team

Favorite overall? Trap Team looks.. interesting. I guess I like it, it's the most diverse out of them all.

The Giants glow-in-the-dark Portal was nice, but the extreme glitches with it were annoying.

If TT's was wireless, it would be the best. But wireless automatically wins, so SSA.

im actually really liking the design for trap team's portal. The light up ring the skylanders go inside is pretty cool smilie The characters are "In" the portal and not "On" it, is what makes it so neat for me. The speaker is a nice little touch as well. The swapforce one was pretty slick so i guess i would place that in 2nd. And the original/giants (pretty much the same thing) would be last but i still like that one too lol

I'll say that of the currently released ones my favorite is Swap Force's portal, but I'm really liking the look of the Trap Team portal.

-GITD portal
-Non-GITD SSA/Giants portal
-Swap Force


Trap Team's looks neat, but I'd have to see it in person first. The raised ring and shattered glass bottom look very nice but the prison door add-on is a little tacky.

I actually really like the original wireless portal.

Ok, the battery thing sucked, but the portal itself was cool, it LOOKED like a portal. The way it glowed, the stone effect etc, I like it.

I found Giant portals with wires so much easier and no batteries needed . We kept the little memory stick inside the portal so it was rather tedious to keep opening it to retrieve and plug it when we played .

For most of our SSA gaming we used the nintendo 3DS mini portal connected to the PS3 with a USB cable . It was a bit cramped for 2 players but it worked just fine . If we really needed extra space we just placed a clear round plastic lid that comes with Empty DVD,s on top of the mini portal and put our toys on that .

Yes, it occasionally didn't save data to figures.

I wasn't aware of it, i have one thou it;s on the system i use less often for giants so maybe why i never seen it happen.
