Okay, so in my math class, there's a kid who has a speech impediment. He can't talk without slurring up his words. He's a pretty nice kid, when you get to know him.

There's a group of kids that think they're "cool." Every time the kid tries to say something, they yell out "WHAT?? I can't understand you!" and other rude crap. It's so damn cruel. I've defended the poor kid multiple times, and they just keep picking on him. When I speak up, I also become a laughing stock.

I plan on reporting the kids to our counselor. It's not right at all.

I've defended several of my friends in the past from unkind "popular" kids, but this one.. just crosses the line.

There's another kid that's similar to me; a gamer, who also gets picked on. I told them to just stop, and they basically said that we're gay.

Teachers should pay more attention to details like this, it just ain't right at all..

They stop after 1 or 2 years if they don't get a response. I guess over here they did, at least.

Yeah, I hope that happens over here. They really need to grow up quite a bit.

The best thing you can do is report them. I was a victim when I was on my school for years (from boys and girls...), the best thing I did was report every single one until they got their punishment. But don't be mean or start a fight with them, that's the worst thing you can do, thrust me...

Trust me, I know how you feel. I only have three people in my school that don't hate me or dislike me in any way. I dunno why, but I tend to get picked on a lot, and the people who are with me too. It sucks!

Reminds me of my health class last year. Most of us, myself included, were freshman, and there were a few guys who were sophomores, juniors and seniors.

There were these two guys, a junior and a sophomore. They sat in the very corner of the class, and I sat just a few feet to the left of them.

They basically sat there and insulted everything that people said across the room during class discussions (which we had a lot)

There was this one time I used this big word and they obviously didn't know what it meant, one of them was like "Dude, what the hell is a (insert the word I said here)?" treating it like I had just broken a law for using a word they didn't know.

And they made fun of the way this one guy laughed one time.

And whenever a girl said something they'd just make some quiet jackass comment, usually having the B word in it.

I probably was the only one who heard any of their douchebag remarks, because I sat right by them, though.

How r-r-rude. Ok, ok, sorry, that was mean, but I honestly don't count mean if you just think it in your head, it's only mean if you say it out loud. But, yeah, I agree, tell someone.

I hate those kids. I smaller and younger. There's one kid who I'm 6 days older than, and he calls me poor little man. EVERYBODY JUST HAS TO POINT IT OUT, DON'T THEY? There are some twins who I'm also older than who are my height, and they don't get insulted.

They are rude and should be punished. And I know how you feel I'm always stuck with some if not the same group of idiots I have to deal with through middle school. One time a smaller group of rude people were yacking in the middle of Geometry and I yelled at them though the teacher got it. And one of those people in the same yacky group actually tries to start fights with my friend.

There was also these group of Freshmen that picked on me after I told them not to cut in line. They even tugged on my backpack, if it wasn't for one of my close friends helping me to calm down, I would've kicked their asses in self defense since they touched me first. The issue didn't get resolved until I reported it to the dean.

If they called the you and the teacher gay (if I am reading that one sentence right) wouldn't that teacher do something?

Definitely report this to the teacher, counselor or whoever can stop this. Shame on those students for doing this to him. This student could stop talking to others and then what? Hiding emotions and fear of speaking could lead to much bigger problems, so yes please do report this.
