Yeah but the auction ended on the 9th of April. People don't want to wait. Even with knowledge of it coming out in a couple weeks people will still buy it as soon as they see it available. Kids these days see something and say they want it and there parents go running looking. They want to make sure there kid has everything before everyone else. That's how stuff like this happens. Even with it coming out last weekend I told my son that we won't be getting it right now. He already had regular bumble bee and jolly bumble bee. So this is an extra that we will get later down the road.

At the time, we had no clue when LC Bumble Blast was being released. We had in-hand pics, some people actually bought him early off of a Chinese website, and we had dozens of rumors flying around about him.

I was one of those who got him early, so I decided to sell it, because I was in about $400 "debt" from buying several chase variants. Little did I know that it would sell for $200.

Sellers don't have control on the bids, but the community does. I didn't know that he was going to be released so soon.

Matteo your really ticking me off. Your getting hostile so easily. What kind of parent lets their kid borrow $400 in the first place!? I clean my church every weekend for $5 doing 3 bathrooms and the trash as well as dusting for $5. This takes me about an hour. I get $5 for mowing every two weeks. That's $30 a month. My parents don't let me borrow more than $25 depending on their mood. If I asked for $400 my parents would honestly call me crazy or spoiled. You also are deleting too many peoples posts. I'll bet you delete this post because I'm arguing with you. I think you tried to make a profit because you put him up for auction. If you wanted $75 for him you should have put it up as a buy it now. Seriously....

Yikes! I was really hoping I would not end up on this list. lol. Not that you know me (I've been a long-time lurker, but haven't posted before), but that is how the figure came shipped. No alteration done.

I asked the Skylanders Collectors group what, if anything, it might be worth. It was suggested I start with a high buy it now, with a best offer option. I had no idea what to put, but I'm guessing I picked too high. I just don't like having a "error" figure so I figured I'd see if anybody was interested. I know there are people that like to collect factory error figures/packaging.

Maybe you should ask the skylanders collectors group if anyone wants to actually buy it for $275. Wow! I will say it is a cool error to have found. But if you look and or follow the errors on ebay you will see that people ask all sorts of high amounts but the ones that sell are under usually 50 or less. Honestly I've been watching and I haven't seen many sold at all over the last year.

Yeah, I probably should have had it clarified as to what a "high" buy it now price would be, but I guess that's all in the eye of the beholder too. What's high to one person, is low to the next - that's why I have the best offer. In a way, I don't want to part with her, because I haven't been able to find another scratch in stores and besides smolderdash and star strike, she was the one I was most looking forward to having. But the paw thing just irks me.

Thanks for the input on what you've seen in terms of prices for errors, I appreciate it. Whatever it ends up selling for (if it sells) is just money I'll use to support my Skylander addiction. lol
