A few days a go my local town had a fair they had markets and rides like the vomitron anyway i started to get hungry so i went to the food stand and there was a pretty big line there i must have wated at least 15 minutes and then as soom as i was about to get served then an old lady cut in line in front of me.and so i asked politely i was here first can you please go back to the end of the line and after i said that she went on a rant about how young people are horrible and i became fed up with her so i went ahead and TRIED to order my food because as i was walking she hit me with her cane in my stomach and told people that i was trying to steal her food. And then i got escorted away by two security gards and got kicked out of the fair and guess what ? The woman got free food and i was discusted on how she acted.

That's nice.

There have been times at work where I have just thought people had cut in line. As the guy working the stand, I've politely said that I thought the other guy was first. Usuallly, I'm wrong and the other guy was hiding behind the menu sign. Though both parties are polite and explain it was the guy who is ahead.


Anyway.... I think the guy working the stand dropped the ball on that one and should've been the one to say something to the lady.

Don't worry, she'll be dead soon anyways.

Mean and cruel jerkish jokes aside, I would've just roll my eyes and let her go first. It's what I've done in the past with people who cut, but then again, I've never been cut in a line that I've had to wait a long time and I hardly get cut that much at all.

Anyways, I never/barely come outside, so my experiences with this are very low. I can hoever tell, that this is absolute no respect. People always jerk that you should give respect to the elders. But to me, Elders must give that same respect back. Young people like us are the "new life born" and we kids/teens should get a bit of respect too.

It's a wooden/plastic stick, not a living thing that has feelings. Yes the old woman has feelings, rude ones that need to be taught a thing or two.

I deal with the elderly every day I work. I get glasses thrown at me, tripped by canes, hit with wheelchairs and even get called names, by the way I really have to bite my tongue, omg the elderly are really fouled mouth individuals. I don't mind being called some names, but to say I'm the devil in disguise, holy crap, I had to walk away from her. To be honest with you, the elderly are the first one to go off at the younger generation when in fact they really should take a close look in the mirror and see that they are the ones that are being disrespectful. They demand respect, but they sure as hell show no respect for anyone else.

That's stupid. And why were YOU the one who got banned from the carnival? Bull.

and people say the elderly are wisest of all the age groups.

We were sitting on a bench doing nothing but talking, and a policeman walked up to us, and told us we had to leave the park, I asked why and he said because we had been terrorising an elderly citizen, and he pointed to this old woman, who was staring at us, well, more glaring. We had been sitting on the bench doing absolutely nothing and we had to leave because this old lady didn't like the look of us.

i understand that there are both a great number of nice and nasty old and young people but the elderly think that just because their old they can do anything thay want its like if you ran a 2 mile walk and wanted to catch some breath so you sat down but an old man/woman wanted to sit there are you just susposed to what are you susposed to do just let them take the seat?

the elderly say that our generation is so evil and discusting and its just like look in the mirrror im sure your generation did some ****ty stuff too

I've an elderly man tell my supervisor she needed to dock my pay because I was kind of dancing to the music going over the speakers at the park.

There was no line, no one was around the stand at all, yet because I wasn't standing perfectly still smiling like an idiot this guy griped at me then came back when my supervisor came by and told her to dock my pay.

I was on a subway with going somewhere with my cousins, when this old lady suddenly gets out of her seat and was gesturing for me to get up (I didn't know what she was saying). WHICH WAS ****ING STUPID SHE ALREADY HAD SEAT SHE WAS IN. I think I must be really good at dealing with people's **** though cause for some reason I got up

Omg! That sounds similar to what happened to one of my friends back when I was in school D:
The good thing was, he was with a group friends and one of them had a camcorder. They had video proof of the old lady being violent D:
I still think he should have pressed charges against her for giving him a bloody nose with her cane. D:<

But if you'd break it, wouldn't she fall over and break a leg? Because thats what she deserves honestly.

My cousin was on the train, and there was an old man, who was black, which is important in this story, who sitting on the seat across from him,
the man threw a banana at him then said something about "today's youth", and my cousin just asked why he did it in annoyed kind of way, and the man reported him to the police saying that my cousin had been yelling racial slurs at him, and my cousin was taken to police station, even though he'd done absolutely nothing.
