That's a prototype Spyro. So, he is basically playable, just a different color.

Maybe make him a Fire Dragon, Fire Element has only Sunburn but not a fire dragon.

They look the same but they're different like Pop Fizz, Trigger Happy and Food Fight.
They make playable the scrapped Giant Chop Chop and Sniper (Chill Bill). Maybe they can add moves like magma ball.

Very few of the elements have a pure Dragon though and Sunburn is half-breed.

Sunburn repose > this derpy thing.
