We have confirmation that ANY species you see as a figure is fair game for in-game characters too...

The "other" enemy in the advert/trailer for the game looks like Spy Rise. As Hot Dog exists, I can only assume that bone dog is the same species (but deader) as Hot Dog.

I look forward to seeing other species as in game characters. I like that they get integrated into the story and not just forgotten as one off mutants or something.

Shame they limit which enemies you can actually trap though. I think they should have made it more open that you could trap more, but they way they did it with the "Most wanted" thing makes sense.

No sign of a way to "Release" a trapped enemy though?

Well, it's nice of them to include a nice feature that many loved, so that it could contribute to progress with the newest Skylanders and game without having to dig for that Giants disc, which became obsolete with Swap Force.

Looks like Eye Small to me. Though I know it is reposed wrong.

Actually, you know what...maybe it is Eye Small? lol

Look at the colors of the bases; the "red" of that "sidekick" doesn't match the "red" of the Gilly repose. It's more orange colored. I mean...it doesn't really match any of the Giantskicks, but still, that base looks orange.

Actually, it COULD have looked like Eye Small... If it hasn't had the Magic base.
It's probably either a new Core or a new Sidekick...
I would say Sidekick, since it looks a lot smaller than the other characters, and it would be weird to show three new unconfirmed Magic characters at once.

And yes, I'm talking about the Mummy. It really looks like it has a Magic base too... And it could be' an Arkeyan... So... Kinda makes sense.

Honestly... I think it's a miniature Spyro sidekick like many do. It just looks too much like Spyro for it to possibly be much else to me.
