Just Maybe. This game is providing some fanservice from Kaos and villans being playable, to the return of the Chompie Mage after the knockoff known as the Sheep Mage. If Hugo had enough fan demand before than maybe. He did play a big role in the 3DS version of Swap Force according to my understanding.

He's been featured predominantly in the 3DS games.
I think it's ok to keep writing him out of the consoles. Callie too. Keep Flynn and add a new character that he meets.

They have to add Flynn being the most popular side character.

Heck with Hugo, I hope Cali and Tessa return!
