There were Megabloks of Ranger Vehicles but I doubt they will appear as figures. Maybe a racing portion of the game, or new multiplayer mode?

Agree with you, but I expect only 8 new gimmick Skylanders and 24 new Core characters.
Don't know why, since the new mechanic seems once again based on swapping...

Anyone thought about how many Skylanders they are gonna be now? I mean, at the start the Skylanders were these select group of heroes now its looks as if any old creature in Skylands is welcome!

When you think of the numbers, there aren't that many unique Skylanders (in comparison to the number of enemies - which makes sense). There are currently 80 Skylanders that we know of in the world of Skylands. Not all of them are around at the same time, since the Giants and Swaplanders were around a few hundred/thousand years ago.

What I don't understand is that in the prologue for Swap force, when the "Swap force" are going to the volcano, they're already called the "Swap force" when they can't even swap?
Back on topic though, I expect they'll be about 110-120 figures by the end of this game.

I think they just did that for the sake of convenience. They are the Swap Force before they became the Swap Force. This was kind of like... Their "origin story", as you call it with comic book superheroes/villains.

I'm SO with you i was thinking about this too... the Skylanders used to be a group of heroes not a huge army where every creature is welcome?

Expect: 8 Trap Masters, 8 Trap Team, 8 or 16 Cores? 8 LightCore. 16 or 24 reposes? At least 10 ingame variants! 2 Battle and Adventure Packs again.

What I want: 8 Trap Masters, 8 Trap Team, 16 Cores, no reposes, 8 ingame variants (one for each element) plus somewhere between 3 and 5 Adventure Packs and no more. No battle packs either, because they are rubbish.

Well it could be like Pokemon, you remember most and forgot some.

In the Familygametv interview the guy said over 50
