Like, do you crave for TLOS? Fanboy/girl Classic? Obsess for Skylanders?

As for me, I am Skylanders.

I do like Spyro but not as much as other people.
I don't really care for TLOS at all.

Background? Do you mean like which series you were into first?
If so, then Classic Spyro. The first game I played in the series was 'Spyro the Dragon'.

Also I'm gonna be the asshole who says this reeeeally should be in the General section. :U

I grew up with the Classics (Spyro was the first game series I became a dedicated fan of), but I enjoy LoS about as much.

Played some of the Insomniac trilogy, mostly started out with ETD and AHT, played through the LoS trilogy, and bought the first Skylanders.

The first game I played was Year of The Dragon

My favorite series, however, would probably be… ooh… that's a bit of a tough one…

I like the graphics and design of the TLoS series, and the gameplay of EtD, YotD, and AHT….
So both actual Spyro series, really.

I'll play Skylanders, It's just not my favorite~

My first Spyro game was Spyro the Dragon, and I've only ever played two of the classics which is that one and Year of the Dragon.
I dunno, I kinda like the TLoS series better, to be honest.

Classic Spyro definitely. I grew up with it, then when I found this site I discovered TLoS, which is not bad, but not as fun as the classics.

As for Skylanders, I don't own it and I never will. Mostly because in my opinion it isn't really a Spyro game, and I don't want to pay €45 per figurine.

A New Beginning and The Eternal Night were pretty decent games, especially TEN, it was nowhere near as monotonous as it's predecessor imo. Not a huge fan of DotD... I can see the appeal of Skylanders, I've only played the first game and I did quite like it, though I really don't think the series is for me.

Well my first Spyro game was Fusion, but I only got it because of Crash. My step brother had a Spyro game for his DS, but I forgot which one.
I joined unfortunately because of skylanders.

First I played properly was Shadow Legacy, then TLoS.

So TLoS I suppose even though I've played and like all the classic games.

First thing I played of was the Spyro 1 demo from a PlayStation magazine, and then about a year later got Spyro 2 for my birthday, so it would be the original Spyro for me.

I like Skylanders as its own game, it's a great idea, but it's by no means a Spyro game, Spyro is only in it to sell more and get more money, TLoS did horribly with scores and I found it too difficult and odd and different to be Spyro, Classic Spyro is the best, no doubt.

Well my 'background' is I started with the Classic Spyro games when I was a kid, and then just played any Spyro games that came out. I like the Classics and LoS equally.

Been a fan since the first one. The Legend of Spyro also reignited my love for the purple dragon. The classic one, that is. Didn't enjoy the personality of TLOS's Spyro much. Fun game, though!

Skylanders just happened. It didn't changed how I felt about the Spyro series.

I grew up with the original Spyro and the Legend Series (STD - DotD). That is my background. As simple as that.
