I'm glad Charizard is still in. Two of my favorite Pokemon are in (Charizard and Lucario, just put Scizor and Swampert in and I'd go nuts). Greninja's inclusion made me fall in with the Pokemon, I used to dislike it (Along with the other gen 6 starters). Also, I think they also teased Ridley, you only see his shadow and he flies in place for a bit. If he was a stage hazard, I think he'd move around more. So, hopefully, Ridley will finally be playable. Mega Charizard X seems (Hopefully not) to be Charizard's final smash, while Mega Lucario seems to be a new addition to "The Stronger Aura" ability.

Also, I'd just like to point out...

Pong as an assist trophy: O.O stuff just got real (Technically Color TV-Game 15 but it is Pong)
Chain Chomp Assist trophy: Unleash the chain chomp!!!
For Glory Mode: Competitive scene matches finally? Sweet (Especially since I don't really like Lil Mac's final smash so this mode is perfect)
Arceus in the rare Master ball and others: Sweet a pokeball update
Eevee in pokeball: Yeah bump Luigi out the way you cutey
Fennekin in pokeball: GO AWAY nobody wants you
Keldeo in masterball?: Yes Yes and Yes
Form fighters changed to 2 characters: I don't mind this much because now Samus will be using Zero Laser without changing forms
Kirby's new final smash: Ultra sword? YEAH SLASH EM UP!
Mega Lucario Smash: Boosting attacks (In this case to max power) seems like a better wario in Lucario form
Pit: Sad he lost his hovering abilities but glad they made him overall more beast and gave him a power of flight recovery move in replace
"Palutena Trophy quiz": WHY SAKURAI why must you troll the Palutena Fanboys with this hideous trophy (No it isn't actually Palutena, more like well um you will/have seen it)
Rosalina Down special: Oh a magnetic attack that renders some attacks useless and pulls all items in? At least pulling the items in part won't affect Glory mode
Custom Move sets: Only usable with friends? Hmmm custom moveset Darkspyro tournament and battles anyone?
Charizard confirmed: It seems like his Charizard X will be his final smash as well. Pretty cool I guess
Greninja: Shiny Greninja for skin plz? Also I might run him but not sure

So much win.

Kirby and Lucario get powered up, awesome new mode, custom move sets, a final destination for every stage, kirby gets ultra sword (told ya), mega evolutions (told ya again), and of course, undoubtedly the best of the ENTIRE update, Midna as an assist trophy. (I think I just died.)

People on Smashboards are STILL grasping at straws, saying the shadow is Meta Ridley.

And one person thinks Sakurai deserves to die for not including Ridley and for having a bit of fun by trolling.

What I'm hoping is that there's going to be a new Kirby stage that has a Main Kirby villain (or a select few) show up from time to time and wreak havoc.

Also new stage as XY pokemon league. When they show off Greninja, you can clearly see him fighting in the dragon room.

I also find it weird the Halberd is our only current Kirby stage, but Meta Knight is suspiciously absent. I'm tempted to say he'll still be in the game... unless... I planned to get the Wii U version at release and get the 3DS version at a later date, but theres no way in hell I'm waiting two seasons while another version sits out there.

I don't have a Wii U, so the 3DS release first makes me happy. Although I plan to get a Wii U and SSBU.

I'm pre-ordering and putting money down for the 3DS version soon. Wanna make sure I have it secured.

I'll do the same for the Wii U version when that gets a concrete date, or I feel it closing in. The 3DS version will be out within the next 3 months. That's REALLY close.

I've been hearing quite a bit of debate today over whether or not releasing the 3DS version 4-6 months ahead of the Wii U version is a good idea or a bad idea. I'm not exactly sure what I think at this point, but it DOES make me suspicious. I understand Nintendo doesn't want the 2 versions stealing sales from one another. Bunt unless the Wii U version has some sort of killer features then I'm concerned the Wii U version might not end up be the system seller Nintendo expects it to be. <.>;

September is WELL into Autumn. So no, it won't be that late.

I'm half expecting them to release the game digitally the day of their E3 presentation, and release it physically, the next Friday.

This is really late, but I don't understand why their reason for not including a Subspace Emissary-like Adventure Mode.
They say that it's because people can watch the cutscenes online, but doesn't that apply to just about every game with a story?

IDK, the way I looked at it makes sense because of how the weather is in those months. Leaves/flowers blossom in February, sun shines consistently starting May, leaves fall and the sun shine starts going away in August, and then the chilly temperatures and really short days come in Novemeber.

Obviously the duration of seasons change from place to place and year to year, which is why the official definitions exist in the first place. Not sure if Nintendo would be using the official definitions, though, as "Winter" apparently starts only three days before Christmas Eve, which would be a bad time to release their big holiday game.

Personally, I'm expecting a mid-to-late August release for the 3DS version, and a November release for the Wii U version.

To be honest I don't care about the technical bs I just want the game to come out when it those.

The official denotion of the change of seasons goes according to the revolution of the Earth around the Sun. Depending on how the Earth is on it's axis at its point around the sun can determine length of day and night cycles. An Equinox occus when day and night are of almsot equal length; one in the fall (around September 22nd), one in the spring (around March 20th).

Likewise, a Solstice determines the official beginning points of winter & summer. With the summer one being the point when the daytime is at its longest and night at its shortest for the year, with the opposite true for the winter solstice (the night being at its longest). A Solstice will occur around the 21st of June and another around the 21st of December.

Isn't it weird that the Kalos Pokemon League is in the Wii U version and not In the 3DS version

The 3DS version already has the Prism Tower as its Pokémon stage, so it isn't really that weird. If anything, it just makes perfect sense to put the grand Pokémon League stage on the best version.
