The Reset Bomb will be a stage hazard set off by Viridi in the Kid Icarus stage for 3DS.

Certainly possible, since Charizard is apparently a stand alone fighter now. We've also got four Pokémon as fighters now, and that's without Jigglypuff, who's been in the previous games. <.<;
