I think too much about death and time and I get super depressed for a while

then see it as a positive thing

The Spanish perceive death as the spirit ascending to a new life. They see it has the person getting their payment for their goods and are cleansed of their sins.

They have a celebration called Dia De Los Muertos, where they celebrate the creturning of the dead and feel as if their ascended family members are there. They even let spirits they don't even know into their house and give spirit children toys!

I love the Spanish perception of death because there is no depression or sadness, but proud happiness and content with the fact that the person you love is free.

Then you need to distract yourself when such happens.

I'm also a bit creeped out by it form time to time, but like everyone else said, look at it in a positive way.
Once it happens, you will forever be free from all the stupidity in the world.....e_e

Ignoring the emo "I can't wait to die" stuff above....

If you spend too much time thinking about death and the inevitability of it you will have wasted time that you could've spent doing things that you enjoy. You should focus on making your life worth living and enjoyable so that when the time comes that you must pass, you can look back on your years and consider them well spent and overall happy.
Time is something more complicated since the definition of time itself can be questioned, but I would say something similar. Instead of fearing time running out (a problem everybody has, including myself) devote yourself to making that time worthwhile.
