That's cool, but this one isn't going to be hard to find. It's register locked so no worries about early sellouts, and variants haven't been nearly as popular this year. I think I'll save myself the shipping charge and just swing by on Sunday. Great option for those without a convenient Target though!

I ordered 3, if i find them sunday no biggie. I jsut want to make sure I find it without having to drive around. Ive had targets not have them on release or sell out before hand. Then again def made a valid point in that variants haven't flew off the shelves like last yr.

I used by Target (please don't steal my info) Redcard to pre-oder. Got free shipping and 5% off. If I find it in the store before hand, then I can always return the pre-oder.

I grabbed one from the website just in case the targets here drop the ball and don't have them. Targets around here are usually fail when it comes to skylanders. They do indeed have several dozen giants figures >.> flashwing's everywhere!

I'm confused. Are you talking about as a US-released single pack? The reason I ask is due to Nitro Magna Charge being released at launch by Target as a dual pack (with either Rattle Shake or Free Ranger), so he's been available for quite some time.

Yes there is supposed to be a U.S. single pack release of Nitro Magna.

Yeah, he is getting a single pack soon. The release date for it on the website is the same as Nitro Freeze Blade, hence the confusion as to why it also did not get a Preorder.

Thank you! Even though the shipping is ridiculously expensive, I can't be a**ed to trek down to Target this sunday.

If you have a Target red card (debit/or credit version) the shipping is free and you save $0.75 on it. Cost me exactly $14.99 to get it.

Target employee put a few out on the floor this morning by mistake. I tried to purchase it, but the register showed not to be sold til 3/23. I know what I'll be doing Sunday morning

This is part of why I didn't do online despite having a Red Card for free shipping. It released on Sunday, and they likely don't pack and ship on Sundays (shippers won't pick up). I'm sure they will start sending them out today.

I had a sickening feeling when I realized it was no longer available online and my store didn't have them out and said they probably didn't have them yesterday. Fortunately a couple employees went and looked for them and found them so all ended well. It helped that it was in the sale ad, that convinced the employee they were likely in the back. They were nice and all, but Sunday mornings is when they do restock, so they always have tons of red shirts running around and boxes all over the place - not the best environment for finding a specific box on request. I was concerned I might have to try back later after the dust had settled.

I knew I would be able to find it, but really wasn't looking forward to running to another Target or coming back later.

The slow start with NFB makes me wonder if he's going to be like Scarlet Ninjini ... and I had the same problem with my Target.

I was about to ask the same question myself. I wasn't expecting him to be shipped out yesterday, since it was a Sunday, and it's only the middle of the day on Monday today. If it gets to be Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything, I'm going to get nervous.

Nitro Freeze Blade is a Target exclusive. I don't think you're talking about the right figures.

Target exclusives tend to be more restrictive...N Magna being the first one that I've seen good supply of.

3 targets today and none have it, gave dcip and all out of stock or never gotten ( as i was told at 1). Guess im glad i preordered but im still short at least 1.

Mine had 4. Glad I got one Sunday morning.

As of this time (2 am eastern on Tuesday) my bank account has not been charged for the figure nor has the order been updated with shipping info. However the order when processed said it could take up to 5 days after the release to get it shipped so be patient it'll come.

Target already took the money from me way over the weekend so I expected they shipped it but they did not.

Check back again, they put a hold on the money till early Monday morning (basically checking that you had the funds in there). Once the hold cleared I believe you get put on a list for shipment and we will likely start seeing them start going out on Thursday or Friday (opinion only, no proof). Once the figure actually has a shipping label on it then you will be charged the money for your figure (at least that's how it normally goes)

I haven't checked to see if they moneys been taken off my card - I used my Target red card but my order status still hasn't changed from 'order created'.

Just waiting here in Canada, hoping to hear something at some point about our release...

I just called their online hotline and it seems the NFBs we preordered are just going to take a little longer to be processed. Maybe an extra day or two instead of shipping today. They did give me a free $5 gift card for my patience though. So target in a way does pretty well for customer service.

Nice heads up about the coupon I'll have to call up in the morning and see if I can't grab one too.

Just be nice and inquire on if your item will ship yet, they'll check and depending on the person on the phone they'll even give you the gift card for the delay. The thing is why it is taking so long is they are waiting for the delivery to them (activision) for these ones which is causing the extra day or so of delay. Most likely they will be shipped on wednesday thru friday latest. The website before on pre order said they were expecting them in approximately by today but that time window has changed to the next three days which your order should state. They will come just be patient.

I did buy two just in case locally at the store at the target close to me, though i may have to see if there is any left over just in case as I need one more in case the orders fall through some how but i doubt they will. I remember pre ordering jade last year and there was a delay by a day in getting them fulfilled but all did ship

For those of you not near a Target and fighting with eBay, a bit of a tip: the price for ordering from Target unless you have a RedCard or are doing a $50 order is going to be around $22 after shipping and sales tax. If you can find one around that price on eBay, you should probably drop a bid.

Just make sure the state you're buying from isn't the same as yours so you don't eat sales tax.

From what the first girl told me they were sold out and that I was going to have to cancel my order, when I asked to speak with her supervisor she hung up on me. So I called back immediately and the new girl was much more helpful. While talking to her she said that it looked like all the orders were shipped to store first by mistake and that the preorders were passed over for some reason. She said that they were expecting a new shipment of them to come in and that the preorders would go out of that stock first then they would restock the stores, this is all likely made up to just appease me. They did give me the 5 dollar gift card and kept my preorder in but it's highlt unlikely they will ship in the next few days. My advice if you preordered, call them be nice and don't let them cancel your order and you will end up with the 5 dollar card.

UGH! I think they're catching wind or I just had an unhelpful obnoxious lady. I called and I was very nice and explained everything but all the lady said was that she'd "document" all this information and told me to check my status because I still have a few days left in my estimated shipping date range. -___-*

This is always a fantastic idea. If you can't find something locally and would have to pay shipping and/or sales tax to buy it online anyway, go ahead and snake it from a reseller whose price + shipping meets your spending limit. While I hate scalpers and agree that in a perfect world that everyone banded together could starve them out financially, this is unfortunately not the case in every situation (ie: Wham Shell).

Hopefully you asked someone to follow up on that call when you called back in. In most call center environments most calls are recorded and virtually every call is at least tracked to determine who you spoke with, etc. A lot of places consider this a fireable offense and does nothing but damage the reputation of the company that such people work for.

I figured this is what happened, but seeing as this was an exclusive item and the first time I can recall them actually doing a preorder for such a figure, I'm disgusted at how much they blew it. All of the Targets near me and that I've visited recently have had horrible stock in their Skylanders and little to no information regarding if or when they'd be getting a restock. With the exception of store exclusives (thanks to me being a completist), I think I'm done giving Target any of my Skylanders business.

Yeah I'm done with them too, the service of the first woman was unacceptable. Luckily this isn't my first go round with craptastic service so I write down names of the people I deal with in every circumstance (thanks to lies from Comcast techs) and had the name of the woman (Joyce) thats was horrible as well as the name of the woman who was very helpful (Kate). Now I know they are jusy names given to workers so they sound more American but they can at least trace the name within their company and yeah from Kate's response (who had informed me that she was in fact a supervisor) when I told her what had happened I doubt Joyce is going to be having a good day after that.

I found some in today on long island, they got a shipment in today (i checked this store monday with the dcip and they had none), they had 32 of them.

This happened when I bought whirlwind from SEA after a month they canceled my order. I called today they said the item is back ordered so I canceled my orde4 before I wait a month abs they do it for me. If they can not give you a shipping date you prob won't get one

@hexin, I would call again. Like was said earlier it greatly depends on who you get on the phone as to what they will do for you.

@drillsarge, Eh at this point I'm either way about it. If they do cancel my order I will call hit the ceiling and get something free, if they ship it my son get his figure.

Yeah, I'm really regretting by choice to order NFB online... I had pre-ordered him because I knew I was going to be out of town the day he came out, and after remembering how fast and hard to find some Target figures like Granite Crusher have been, I didn't want to take any chances. Now, I'm starting to think I might have been better off if I had just tried my local Target the following Monday instead, but it's too late now...

Target in hicksville, ny had about 28 left yesterday if you want to trek out here.

So I received an email from Target this morning stating that Nitro Freeze Blade is on backorder and that I can cancel my order or basically wait it out. It also said that a new estimated shipping date was below. Well there was not a "new estimated shipping date below" so that tells me that they don't have a clue when it will be in stock and shipped to me. I dropped my son off at school and went on the hunt for NFB and surprisingly found him at the first Target I went to. They had 7 left after I purchased mine. For those in Maryland still looking it was found at the Target in Ellicott City, Maryland. I will still let the pre ordered NFB come whenever it does and let my son decide if he wants to keep it, sell it, trade it or give it away. I will update when I receive it. PM me if anyone is interested, but remember it's up to the little guy what he wants to do with it.

Well, I finally got tired of waiting for an update on my pre-order and checked a local Target during lunch. They had exactly three figures. 1 Boom Jet, 1 Whirlwind and 1 Nitro Freeze Blade.
