Anyone spotted Punk Shock or Springtime Trigger Happy in the Indianapolis area? Planning to look for them today & will post if I have any luck.

I found mine at my local Walmart in Oklahoma City.

The box breakdown for them is dumb, and they only got one box in, which means I wasn't able to help the people I usually help when it comes to getting new figures.

The breakdown is as such, incase no one has said what's inside -

x5 Springtime Trigg
x4 Punk Shock
x3 Fryno

They should have taken out one Fryno and replaced it with another Punk Shock.

Are you friggin kidding me? They really think too much of their core characters. My guess is that Trig will be on the shelf for a long time to come.

If every store gets blasted with these, I can see that being the case. Then again, there are always clearance sections for all of the old Easter stuff to be put in.

Personally, I just want them to hurry up and release the remaining stuff. Punk Shock in normal packaging, Doom Stone, Nitro Freeze Blade, Jade Fire Kraken, Kickoff Countdown, and Lightcore Bumble Blast, so I can shift my entire focus to finishing my 256 combination of swappers, and Skylanders 4.

anyone find punk shock in the buffalo area

Went to look in Harrisburg, PA. Didn't see any yet and the employee who was stocking the area and had a Skylander box said that none had come in yet. I was hoping for core characters in that box, but alas it was only more of the two swappers Stupid Hot Dog still eludes me. I swear, if he becomes the next S2 Bash... I'm going to throw such a fit.

Cleveland OH here, the Walmart in Bedford had them in. Theres 2 Triggs, 3 Punk Shocks and 1 Fryno left. I got the best ones though...all the others have small dents or bending on the blisters. But hey maybe someone in that area wants them to open. Long lines and its one of those areas I don't think skylanders is real popular at.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, Triggs unlocks a special hat like Jolly Bumble Blast.

Went to Best Buy yesterday and finally found Stink Bomb! (Wave 3 complete) the Muncy, PA store doesn't have the display yet.

Well if they've hit OH, I should expect them soon here. I'll keep looking.

Australia have these now. I think it's nice that they actually released these the same time as other countries for once.


I found these in Melbourne at Big W. I don't know how many they had. For some reason the first store I went to didn't have Fryno, so I had to make a couple of trips to get him. They only had two left of Punk Shock and Trigger Happy. I don't know if they're getting more, but I heard not, so you might wanna hurry.

Found the springtime trio at a Sam's Club here near Cincinnati OH. Hoping to pick up Nitro Freeze tomorrow and then I will be down to wanting only 4 more...Doom Stone, Jade Fire Kracken, Kickoff Countdown, and (what I have a feeling will be our next preorder freebie) LC Bumble Blast.

They made it to MN Walmart.

Cincinnati Walmart (Evendale store) has these guys. They were still in the shipping box, stacked on a cart full of other items to be shelved. The box is clearly labeled "Skylanders Easter". I found a helpful employee, who pulled the box and let me pick out a Trigger happy and Punk shock (I have Fryno). He then put the box back on the stack. They also had plenty of Trap Shadow and Freeze Blade. After Nitro freeze blade tomorrow, my wallet can take a break!!

Nothing at my Wal Mart, although they at least had one ESS available for me (with a cruddy paint job of course). My TRU had plenty of FBHD, TJV, Fryno and Scratch so picked up a copy for my "boxed" collection.

My TRU in Harrisburg had the Easter figures when I went to look for the remainder of Wave 4. They had only one box sitting up at the service counter that they were looking at. They let me take what I wanted after making sure the register didn't lock them out (which they said they'd hold them for me if it did). Luckily, they rang up just fine. Got Punk Shock and Springtime Trigger Happy for my brother in law and I. There was someone else who was listening to the conversation and wiped out pretty much the rest of the box after I got mine, though it wasn't that hard to do considering how few sets are in each box. Start checking TRU

This wasn't the Harrisburg Wal Mart that I went to. This was the Harrisburg Toys R Us by the Bass Pro Shop. Since they had a box of spring figures there, I didn't go to check the Wal mart on Grayson Rd.

I find this odd because my TRU has tons of boxes of the spring figures in the back but they said they were register locked for April 6th and they couldn't sell them.

I expect quickdraw to get a release like gnarly tree rex. He's to much of a main stream variant to boot release him. The color shifting wash buckler will be like flocked stump and royal double trouble. I have no info to back this up but when quickdraw contest was going on several people mentioned him not being exclusive to frito lay and he would get a release date.

I'm not sure how the register locks work, but maybe they didn't get around to locking it at this store? I'm not sure, but the guy scanned it to make sure it would sell and they did ring up. So no, people can't buy them at TRU til the 6th. You just got really lucky getting them before the memo went out apparently.

Common sense would deem that he's not out yet for an exclusivity deal with Frito Lays. He'll probably be out in the tail end of Skylanders Swap Force.

He didn't have a "Frito Lays" exclusive tag like all other exclusive tags.

Well that sucks I'm glad I got lucky with it but it sucks for anyone who went looking after I said I got mine this morning. Sorry to anyone who went searching. I didn't know they couldn't sell them early since Wal Mart is. At least I was trying to help

Thanks to Egger I got mine at my tru also other tru in our area were putting them out so mine did the same. And got the 3 for $20 deal

Walmarts have a special display for them in the electronics section. Other stores may do differently, but I doubt it. I don't think these will be considered Easter merchandise (meaning they won't mark them down after Easter). I'd like to be wrong, though.

One Walmart I went to happened to have a display in the middle aisle across from the electronics with the 3 pictured on the side. However, some of my other stores have moved their electronic section around, creating a large barrier that boxes in the sides of the section. At that one, there's no extra display and the figures were over in the regular Skylander section.

I went to my TRU today looking for the easter skylanders. I asked a worker if they have the easter skylander, so she looked in the back. When she came back, she told me she had all 3, but they're not able to sell them until April 16! This TRU is pretty up to date on skylanders so I'm not sure if this is wrong or not. She may have just overlooked the date and didn't read it as the 6th, but either way I'm checking walmart on tuesday instead because they said they'll be getting a shipment of them on Monday at 7:00 PM.

Hey I don't know if you remember me or not but I was the guy right behind you at TRU swap force launch...anyway I still have an unopened quick draw rattle shake that I can hook you up with for giving me the heads up on the springtime skylanders in okc.. Lemme know!

Just FYI, there apparently USED to be a lockout date for April 6th for the Easter figures. In fact, as of 2:30pm EST there was still a lockout. HOWEVER, I stopped by a TRU around 5pm EST and they had just put out the figures 5minutes prior saying that the lockout was apparently lifted and the registers no longer showed April 6. Soooo... I got all 3 of the Easter figures just before closing at the 3 for $20 sale price and all of the local TRU stores (about 6 in my area) had lifted the lockout. The TRU I bought from had 102 total Easter figures in stock, but said they were holding back half of them for April 6 anyways. Whatever that means.

Thank you Eggers. I went to my local toys r us in mechanicsburg pa and the clerk went to the back to grab a box to see if April 6 register lock was lifted. Sure enough it was and I was able to get STH and PS.

Found Springtime Trigger Happy and Punk Shock at Walmart in Moline, IL (Quad Cities) this morning. They had at 3-4 each of the new Easter packaged new releases. Located them in the regular aisle not on the new display.

Just got back from my TRU, I had the same story that several others have posted already. They've had the Easter stock for a while now under street date, but for some reason, the street date has just been lifted! I walked out of there with a STH and finally, Punk Shock!

EDIT: I should mention, I'm in Florida, in case that helps anybody!

Just got mine from TRU in Virginia. The manager gave me the spiel about not selling them till the 6th but he was nice enough to attempt to ring them up and sure enough they went through so don't let them tell you they can't do it.
