Even though I don't use Chrome, I had a similar issue with Firefox. Sort of. I'd try deleting all cache and cookies just in case. If nothing else, try to download Firefox and delete Chrome, then re-download Chrome through Firefox and re-install it all again. When you delete it, don't let Windows save all the data you used to have in Chrome, otherwise it won't work.
I said to download Firefox because, well, how else are you going to download Chrome again lol. I have no idea how did you managed to delete IE either. XP

EDIT: Also, check for any Malware on your PC. Funnily enough all this started happening when I wandered off to Youtube through IE and got about 30 viruses on my PC. Then Firefox started acting up as well until I deleted all the cache and viruses. MalwareBytes is a good program for such. I know you pretty much have no antivirus, so, you could download Microsoft Security crap since it's free and you know it's safe since it's Microsoft. Or buy one. Kaspersky is very good.

I think it was because I ran a Ccleaner last night, I must have forgotten to untick a box for deleting Chrome settings or something, its alright now so far. And for deleting IE - used Ccleaner to delete it because Microsoft would never allow one do such a foolish thing XP

Yeah I'm about to leave my laptop running with Malewarebystes scanning, and yeah it is a good program for that~ I do have Avast, but it probably misses stuff - seeing as I got that big badass trojan not too long ago. I am strongly considering buying Kaspersky, a few people have recommended it now.

Just got back from the dentist. Had to remove those 'scales' on my teeth. Which would have been fine if the dentist actually tried to be precise and not constantly hit my gums with that drill thing. Now they're all bloody. :\

@Darkrai: Your dragon Kaon is so damn similar to my precious Atera that it's just plain freaky. Almost everything matches instead of her looks of course.

I feel like I want to develop my little dragons more in my mind.

I wish the damn games would load for a little more than a few minutes so I could get that last 10k for my lair upgrade. Also, I hate to keep asking but does anybody want a Fungalhoof Qiriq familiar for 9k?
