The Chieftess is a new companion. Two new Skylanders added - Trap Shadow and Freeze Blade!

It's great to have something new at last!

The Chieftess won't be very significant for the veteran players, she gives 5000 gold every day when found (a bit like Hyde or Maboo). But she only costs 200 wish stones and has a task worth 5 gems, so that's something nice for the low level players.

No doubt Freeze Blade and Trap Shadow will have their quests when they level up a bit too

Also, they fixed the glitch preventing you from zooming out all the way on an iPad Air.

Hopefully this is just a teaser update to something bigger that adds to the overall features of the game. In any case, it is nice to see an update so soon after the teaser from the info sheep.

I wonder if we'll get a real super Tuesday tomorrow. I may have to log in to find out.

This is great timing after finally hitting level 40 the other day. The next wave of Swap Force figures are gradually coming out so at the very least we will be seeing them update the game with those. Odd that Freezeblade and Trap Shadow are out in Lost Islands but there have been no signs of the figures yet.

Edit: Ah, just saw the thread about them being found in Canada. Hopefully they make it here to the US soon.

You also use the zoom on iPad mini Retina-display, when you minimize the screen is cool !!!!!

I didn't need to download an update. My app just restarted and BAM! the new content was there.

If the update isn't automatically loading for you, try hard-closing the app.

I know they didn't change the well, but I was wondering if anyone who had won an item in the well, this month, had their well reset. Or if you didn't win the grand prize if you got something different. I haven't even updated to the last App Store update, so I was wondering if I should try to win the B&B in my well before I update.

my well was a castle this month which I won and stayed the same after the update

I was wondering. I thought I saw someone mention unclaimed prizes changed after the last update, which I haven't done, yet. I have a B&B, now, which would only be good if I eventually need more mabu or want to clear some space and keep my mabu. If it does change after that update, I could take a chance for something better (although I'm not sure what other than another hq or swap house). I just haven't seen that confirmation from anyone, just someone thinking they saw it. About the only thing I'd really like to get is a dark house since I don't have any.

I got one during the fall glitch with the well, but haven't seen anything since then. All the special offers that I've seen have been for houses for giants/alts/sidekicks.

My well grand prize this month is a Snow Globe. Since I already have one, and it looks a bit strange with the green back, I have no desire to win it, so left it unclaimed hoping the update would change it to something else. Unfortunately, the update had no affect. Still a Snow Globe.

I got a dark house in my well in March, I got it before the update.

My Element of the Day was Earth on the day of the update, and has remained Earth ever since. With the rotating personal offers and 3 set Tuesday types, the game has become repetitive enough. It's a bit of a downer to click on Hugo's hut each day and see, yup, more Earth tomorrow.

If it has to be stuck, there are worse elements it could be stuck on, but I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. My son's island is continuing to change daily.

I am so happy that the new characters are swappers since they level the fastest. There is nothing worse than new characters to mess up the "All my characters are level 15" plans.

I guess I'll log in once a day to keep things moving along. I must admit, the dev's lapse has given me reason to look around and I have become quite addicted to the Simpsons Tapped Out (which actually releases in game content to syngergize with the newest episodes) and Clash of Clans.

My game logged me out, I can't remember my password and I no longer know what e-mail I used to register (but it doesn't seem to be any of my usual suspects). You cannot recover your password without the e-mail address you used to register. So I'm at level 2. Unless I can figure out how to get my Level 40 game back, I'm definitely done with this.
