Tough and Puffed because his puffed attacks are stronger and he looks better puffed in my opinion like he was shown.

I find that the damage output of Controlled Breather is inferior to Tough and Puffed.

Tough and Puffed is a bit cooler... But i like to use controlled breather to hit and pierce hrough multiple dummies in woodburrow while using the sky diamond and get lots of money smilie its also awesome in pvp!
