Well Namco Bandai is helping create the game so its a possibility. Mario and Pac-Man ahve teamed up before so I don't see why not. Mario, Sonic, Pac-Man, and Mega Man it be like a Company Battle Royale. Plus Pac-Man is easy to come up with a moveset like use of pellets, simple punches, and so on!

There can also be moves from the Pac-Man World series

From what I understand Little Mac is fast and strong on the ground, weak in the air, lightweight and easy to KO. Little Mac players should think on their feet and make good use of his counters to avoid getting KO'ed also charge up the meter when the 3 other players are near you to get maximum efficiency.

He makes a good introduction and a unique character provided Ganondorf actually gets a weapon now. If not then we have a lot of people who rely on punching. All three of the Mario Bros., Bowser, Cap, Lil Mac, Wii Fit trainer(?), Kirby(to a certain degree) and Lucario. Seems a bit much don't you think?

I agree. Heck, when I played through that game I dumped him as soon as I showed up, if you catch my drift.

I know that Nintendo dismissed Pac man and said that it wasn't certain he would be in, Namco includes him as a special character in nearly every game they make. Pac Man even got a shot at Mario Kart when they made a Mario Kart arcade game, So anything is possible.

Diddy Kong. I hate him, but it still wouldn't feel right without him.

YES! Someone else who likes ROB! My top 3 was ROB, Ike, and Jigglypuff. Marth and Peach make 4 and 5. As for Diddy, I agree with Kardonis. He's probably my worst character but yet if he didn't get in, I would've been surprised.

I like Sora, but he doesn't belong in Smash. He'd be awesome in a new Dissidia: Final Fantasy game, if they made one, though. And he was actually considered to be in that game at one point.

As much as I would love to have a Kingdom Hearts character in SSB, it's just not gonna happen. Sure, there've been a couple of KH games on Nintendo handhelds. 4 in fact. Though overall, KH seems to more be on Sony systems with 5 out and 2 more on the way.

It would be very unlikely for Nintendo to make a deal with Square Enix for characters for SSB.

The only possible Square Enix rep would be Geno, for obvious reasons, but even he is unlikely. Square will demand huge sacks of cash for him.

Also won't happen, but what about Black Mage? He was in Mario Hoops and Sports mix.

I doubt they will appear, as they are generic NPCs within Final Fantasy games. They'd make good assist trophies or good stage NPCs, but a more significant Final Fantasy character would have to appear as a fighter for that to happen.

Little Mac= So maining this guy, he looks amazing and I like his battle style.

I HIGHLY recommend the Wii version if you have a Wiimote and Nunchuck (It works up a sweat!). It's one of the greatest Wii games I own.

Actually, that picture is showing off an adjustable Side Smash.

This actually isn't a new thing. In all of the games, some characters could adjust the angle of their Side Smash moves to launch opponents in different directions (try it with Mario, for example).
However, this is a new implementation of that mechanic, where changing the angle you launch the attack actually changes the move. The right most move, the body hook, actually has no knock-back at all, but will do the most damage, making it an ideal combo starter.
