What's the deal with Terrafin Battles the Boom Brothers? [CLOSED]

I've been trying to get the Kindle version of the book, but for some strange reason it's not available.

Yet it's on the Kindle best sellers list. It came out January 2. What gives? Licensing issues?

1.Mabey you don't have not enough money on your account

2. It could be sold out (yes ebooks can be sold out on some websites)
