E3 is one of the major events for Skylanders leading up to the release of another game. Skylanders will more than likely be featured there. What will be show is still unknown.

I figure that I'll necro this mid May so we don't have 50 topics. And this time. Uncle Bob can't complain because it is most certainly the first

Well, that seems like a complete double-standard. My "All We Know About Skylanders 28" thread was deleted.

Is this the "Official" E3 thread? Because I need to know that. I don't want to go posting on an E3 thread that isn't certified. Can we get a call from the Official Ruling Body?

Seriously though, going a bit overboard with this stuff. It seems like you are acting a little desperate to get a Sticky for a thread you created. Creating a thread for a June show in February so you can call "firsties" as a counter to Unclebob is sorta, well, you know ...

You guys are to funny, but you do realize that people are still gonna make there own topics when the time comes to show off what they got or found out. Just because you created a topic doesn't mean there gonna post to it. The whole point of a forum is to allow people to discuss what is on there mind or what they have found. I understand the reasoning behind it just find it silly fighting over who gets to create a topic. I have been a member here for about 2 months now and have seen numerous posts about the same thing. Yes I have seen the comments stating that someone else has posted this and please close the topic but guess what even if they close it or a moderator closes it, they still got the info put out which is what they wanted. ok, I think I'm done. End Rant.. Go back to your bickering over who is the better topic creator

I think you've come across an issue here. This is the "everything we know about E3 topic"... But, the whole idea of E3 is that they tend not to say "we're announcing x at E3" so we probably won't hear anything about it until the event.

On top of that, the Skylanders 4 section (should) have it's own "Everything We Know..." topic that will just include any information shown at E3, if the big reveal actually is at E3 and not PAX.

I'm only making this so that when some stuff roles in we will have this topic. It doesn't even have to be official, notice the lack of the official bit. It's an everything we know topic. And what's wrong with making sure it's the first. Quite honestly I hoped no one posted on this so it would just drop to the bottom and I could necro it in peace.

I know they won't reveal anything beforehand but we may receive some foreshadowing to the future in early June.

And to show how little I know...I thought this was about the same toy fair going on now that we've been watching when I clicked on it. LOL

"Everything we know" is nothing except a new game exists and is coming out this fall. Shortest thread ever. Nothing will be confirmed prior to it being announced, until then it is just rumors. Game companies do not like to spoil their big reveals.

The way I see it, ninja, I think this topic is indeed a "first E3 2014" topic, even though you don't see it.

Why does it matter to you if you get to make the first topic or not? Why not let someone (you or otherwise) make the topic when it is closer to time and there's actually information to share?

It's been less than one day since you made this topic. I hate to be so blunt but do you think people are just going to ignore this topic because you said so? It's not the biggest deal ever on these forums, but you don't need to make a topic for this so quickly.

I'm not trying to tease him! I just want to be helpful, clearly I'm not appreciated here.

Naw, man. It's just to the point it's funny. Everyone gets it but one person and that one person seems to think that everyone else is the problem.

At this point, I think the only reasonable solution is to STICKY this topic. In fact, let's STICKY this topic and un-STICKY all the others on this forum. Oh, and add the word "Official" to the title.

What details do you have on Skylanders being at E3, ninja? What official sources on the subject do you currently have that you haven't posted yet? Are there any official details that confirmed Skylanders being at E3? Is Skylanders even going to be at E3?

ninja9351, we're not trying to be rude... But this thread is utterly useless right now since we have no info. E3 is too far away. You should have noticed when making this topic- and it would have been helpful to post this when we actually had info instead of months before E3 even started.

The issue with the other thread was that you created an "official" thread, in spite of the fact that you have no association with Toy Fair or the forums. Then, in creating the thread, you added NO information... just told everyone to use your thread for no other reason than you created it so people should use it. That's pretty lame. Then, your reasoning as to why your thread was "official" had no basis in reality (again, it wasn't the first) and you claimed it was "too hard" to post in the other, pre-existing Toy Fair 2014 threads.

The issue with *this* thread is that it was created waaaaaay to early - and, let's be honest, it wasn't created to be helpful. It was created out of spite. Sure, you might have intended to make an E3 thread down the road to be helpful, but the fact you made it now wasnkt to be helpful - you admitted that yourself.

It's not that we don't want you around (well, I can only speak for myself) - it's just that you're trying waaaay to hard to create a thread that will be popular/stickied without really providing the content in the thread that's worthy og making it popular/stickied. You want others to bring their information in for you.

Just chillax. Make new threads when you have new, exciting information. Post in other people's threads when you want to comment on what is already in there.

I think we've established this thread is pointless, and it's kind of derailed because of it.
