For those of you don't know what Flight Rising is it's a dragon breeder game with a TON! Of other stuff to do.
Breeds of Dragons:
Like I said earlier it's a game of breeding dragons, but so far there's only 12 breeds of dragons and 14 genes for them. Certain dragons have different diets and moves. There's only four categories of food however. I shall now list the dragons that eat what.
Fish: RidgeBacks, Imperials, and Coatls
Meat: Mirrors, Guardians, and WildClaws
Insects: Faes, Spirals, and SkyDancers
Plants: Tundras, PearlCatchers, and Snappers
The Coliseum:
Your dragons are able to battle in the Coliseum when they are grown up, which is between 5-7 days. When battling it's laid out like a rp game. Like Pokemon when you think about it. As your dragons level up you have to add their stat points and give them element moves that would help you through out the Coliseum levels. You can also play against others.
Elements:
There's 11 elements you can choose from, each with their own deity (which means god/goddess). Which are Fire, Water, Ice, Shadow, Earth, Wind, Nature, Plague, Lighting, Light, and Arcane. Though in the Coliseum you'll see that some monsters have a circle or no element on them. Choose wisely on which element you choose, for you only get one (well unless you're willing to pay money for such a flight change).
Currency:
Now there are 2 currencies in these game. One being the earn-able Treasure that you can get through in many ways, selling your dragons and items at the Auction House (AH), exalting your dragons to your deity (there's daily bonus thing on the front of the page for extra treasure luck), playing games at the Fair Grounds, selling your stuff to Crim (At the Trading post), selling them to other users, the Coliseum, digging, and from Chests that you get from Familiars. Then there's Gems that cost actual money. To be more exact, American dollar type of money, and for one gem it's one cent or for simple, $1 = 100 gems. But there is ways to earn those too like through selling stuff through the Auction House, selling stuff to other users, from Familiar chests (Specifically Iron or above rank chests), and certain Canvas sacks from the Coliseum. Though if you keep your dragons well feed for days (80% or above in energy levels) for a few days you can get a daily free gem.
Fair Grounds:
Mainly the minigame area of the entire site. You should check them out because they are fun and you earn treasure form them.
Gather Items:
Which is one of the ways you get food for you dragons or to get random stuff to sell. There are 6 gather types, Hunting (meat), Fishing (fish), Catching (insect), Forging (plants), Digging, and Scavenging. Now you have a chance to find familiars while doing so. And there's 11 areas that you can do such, which will give different stuff. And you only get 14-15 depending on how well you keep you lair alive (or 16 if your lair is super healthy and your flight happens to get Dominance.).
Dominance:
Dominance is when your flight is gonna be the strongest one for a full 7 days. How to help your Flight with Dominance is by exalting dragons to your deity. The benefits of it is you get a few things and discounts on the market area.
Markets, Pinkerton, and more:
How to get items basically. You can buy them at the market, Auction House, or be lucky that you got it from Pinkerton (who's at the trading post). What kinds of items are there? Well there's clothing (Apparel), Battle items, food, familiars, scrolls (gene and breed), skins (dragon paint jobs), and bundles. Though the only ways you can buy food is from the Auction House, other users, Or Pinkerton. Pinkerton (brother of Crim) is the dragon that give you one free item per day! And he gives you food - familiars, which is rather nice really. There's Trading with Swipp (at the trading post) where you can trade some stuff you don't into valuables. The Auction House is where you can buy and sell stuff for what price you'd like. Familiars when equipped with a dragon can make you some money and after bonding with it for a while it will give you a few chests, which you can get more stuff from. The Coliseum rarely drops any clothing for you, but it's good for gathering more food.
That's pretty much all that I can explain at the moment. If there are any questions ask anyone in this club.
