Replacement of Legendary Skylander [CLOSED]

Well, my perfect record in keeping my skylanders in tip top order came to a halt today when the arm of my stealth elf came off.

When submitting a claim on the Activision web site, I don't see an option for a legendary stealth elf series 2, only series 1, series 2 and series 3. Has anyone had any success with legendaries or do I need to go to Toys R US?

RIP GhostRoaster. He's reanimated as TakeYourLemons but occasionally is resurrected from the beyond when needed.

Ugh. Bummer. Luckily it's available on the web site. Poor Stealth Elf looks like Goro from Mortal Kombat ripped her arm off smilie

Did it like break in such a fashion that it can't be glued back on without looking conspicuous? Sucks in any case. I've been eyeing the LSE, but with the Dark and Crystal Clear ones that I already have, I've managed to resist it so far!

No, the arm can't be neatly replaced and there's a missing piece on her blade on the broken arm. My dog got hungry this morning according to eye witness accounts. The investigation is still ongoing lol. There was a nice beefy Tree Rex he could've taken but no took the dainty Stealth Elf.

I'm going to have to figure something out as I'm out of space in my display case and I really hate stuffing them in a bag where they bang around. Apparently, keeping them out for the dog to munch on is no longer a viable option either.

Will the Skylanders Editor also backup Swap Force progress and restore it? Not talking about Pyrofer's tool which he's taken off the market.

LOL

Yeah...In our household Hex (S1) lost an arm and by some miracle of crazy glue wizardry I got it back on perfectly and have been protecting the figure with an unhealthy obsession since I'm positive I could not recreate the fix. I still find it laying on the ground (usually in a large pile of Skylanders) barely surviving some horrible fate of children's play these past few weeks...It's only a matter of time before we'll just have to rename her One-armed Willy.

Other one we have issues with is Enchanted Hoot Loop...The top part of his wand fell off a few times at the weak thin point just under the ball...Fixed it twice and it keeps falling off...Finally my kid says "Just leave it off dad...I like it better this way anyway"...so there in my desk drawer sits a lonely piece of magical wand. Forever alone...

Here we go again...!

Call them; if you get a nice enough employee, they can send a replacement.

My initial concern was that 1. if it is not listed they would not have them and 2. getting a person involved is shaky business; that being said they replaced one of my figures pretty quickly last time when the figure was listed on the site.

Im suprised they even replace these for broken arms or things like that. I would think only if the chip quit working.

My Legendary Bouncer stopped working recently. I called and messaged Support (they have an account here!), and they can replace them.

I ended up buying an extra from ToysRUs, but at least they can replace it. You'll need the model #, though.

My regular bouncer never lit up properly when I bought it. Now its very picky about working. It depends on where it sits on the portal. But I have a spare in package.

I also bought a dud mega ram spyro, but bought a new one instead, rather than having activision replace it. The $10 spent is much less annoying.

Nope, material defects...in my case I know it's iffy since it was caused by my dog...but trust me if the light stops working or it doesn't register you have a legit complaint.

And I'm just going to get another one since it's not Activision's job to watch my dog, after pondering it a bit more.
