Bomb buddies forever.
I tried both but I chose this path instead so his 3rd attack could be more powerful.

Um the little bomb buddies suck... them upgraded only does as much damage as a powered up rocket. Definitely Rocketeer! smilie

The Rockets hardly improve on Rocketeer so I might as well upgrades something that needs improving.

Bomb Buddies aren't great on either path. It's harder to toss them out than Sonic Boom's babies. They don't deal as much damage as Double Trouble's Doubles which have a similar summon time. And they just aren't that fun- both those other characters have better minions and play that style better.

Rocketeer. I don't like how the Bomb Buddies are pretty much useless down this path, but honestly, I think it's kind of "forced" when I use them on the other path and they don't become good enough to warrant BBF anyway. And those triple rockets are still more fun than Bomb Buddies.

I just don't think Bomb Buddies are fun or useful. They aren't really a cool or goofy attack(although the buddies do look cute), and Sonic Boom and Double Trouble both do it better. Even... Even in SF.

A vote for Boom, not Bomb, Buddies Forever. I would go with Rocketeer, but my main issue of the Bomb Buddies being useless makes me not choose it. The attack is already good, why continue and make an unbalanced skylander?

Rocketeer may be more powerful, but Boom Buddies Forever creates chaos and is fun. I suggest people actually try it. *wink*

smilie The game (PS3) calls it "Bomb Buddies Forever" although the first upgrade in it is called "Boom Buddies".

I looked at the guide and it says Boom Buddies Forever. I don't know. Maybe the guide has a typo? In any case, ignore my response then. smilie

Looks like a choice between dumbfire rockets and auto aim smart bombs . Easy Peezy I choose Bomb Buddies.
