I had a dream about a Kid Icarus sequel for the 3DS. The default controls were the same, but R was used to jump. Also, in a fashion similar to Dawn of the Dragon, both Pit and Dark Pit were playable- you could switch to them at will in a level. What do you guys think?

I got Myths and Monsters a while ago, ^.^ I didn't get very far- that jump on 1-3 before the fortress... <.>

I was the first (non-press) person in the US to download 3D Classics: Kid Icarus :3 I had contacted Amazon to see if my KI:U copy got dispatched the day before it released (I had it set to Release Date Shipping), I had gotten confirmation of it being shipped, then I asked about the preorder code, and she gave it to me! I spent the next few hours beating it :3 (and dying)

I also preordered it and I had tons of fun getting new weapons and fusing them to create even cooler weapons. I remember when I was on the 3rd chapter and I had a cutter palm which had power 254 and a sonic cannon with power 164.

I really love the palms for some reason my best weapon is a 4 star ranged 4 star melee Burning Palm with Burning, Paralysis,Homing Boost, and Standing charge shot

My favorite weapon is the Palutena Bow <3 I use my OP Beast Claws for competitive play online though.

I can't seem to find any online matches

I don't really have high-level weapons because I used to play on low difficulties.
My favorites are Bows and Claws, more specifically the Darkness Bow and Beam Claws.
I'm trying to get the Palutena Bow because I love it so much. ;~;

It's hard and I'm also trying to get the palutena bow

I tend to use the Silver Bow all the time, since i dont have the Paultena Bow x3

I believe that the silver bow is the prototype for the palutena bow

@Grimslinger Indeed, it is! I'm still quite confused on how to get the Palutena Bow. In a video I saw, it said you have to compete the objective that unlocks it (finish chapter 23 in under blahblahblah minutes) and then you're able to fuse weapons to get it or even find it in treasure boxes! But some people told me you should be able to fuse it from the start, so...

I'm guessing that you get it if you finish chapter 23 in that amount of time or less

Yeah. Once it's unlocked you can merge weapons as well as randomly get it. I haven't investigated it completely so...

You play as Pit, angel captain of the goddess Palutena's guard. Armed with a weapon of choice, you go third-person view and shoot away at the Underworld army, led by Medusa, seeking revenge for what happened in the first game.
Gameplay-wise: the first part of a level is the "flight" portion. The game controls the path Pit takes, but you can steer around to dodge enemies and fire at them. You also have unlimited shots. Pretty easy.
The second part is the ground level. Here, you can move around and fire at will. At the end of the ground part you face a boss.
All in all, the game is fabulous! The dialogue, graphics, characters and story are all well-thought out and fun. There's a lot of weapon diversity. The controls aren't too bad, you can even adjust them. :3 Btw, the in-game tutorial is unlike any other you've seen in a video game. Trust me. Watch them. X3

Yep! Two ways of play, Light VS Dark and Free For All. You play as the "fighters", a group of armored humanoids.
Free For All is when you take your weapon and you fight against others. Easy enough.
Light VS Dark is where you and a bunch of others on a team (Team Light or Dark; you can choose) are to go in and defeat all the members on the opposing team. The last member remaining gets a second chance to fight and becomes an angel. If the angel loses, the other team wins. For example, if Dark beats Light, the last member becomes Pit, the light angel, and fights.
